Up until now, there's definitely been some tension between you two. Whether it's more romantic or flatly sexual is, understandably, dependent on the personalities involved, but the fact remains that you both have been dancing around the issue for whatever reason. Why do why say "up until now?" Well, it's simple. Somehow, either through accident or otherwise, you've end up in what can only be considered a compromising position: you're in the other's lap, you're on top of them, chest to chest, almost kissing, so on and so forth. This leads to the ultimate snap in your tension - you just can't hold it in any longer, even if you try to get out of this situation unscathed. The direction you move in, again, depends on the people involved, so things could take a turn for the awkward, the cute, the romantic, the desperate, or even the steamy. What's for certain is that whatever's between you may never be the same...unless you guys, in typical will they/won't they fashion, can repress and pretend nothing ever happened. WHY accidental: It was a trip, an not so calculated move, or another mistake that lead you here. on purpose: You were getting closer and enjoying each others' company, planning a move...but you didn't mean to get this close right off. Or maybe you did WHAT awkward: UH UH SORRY FOR LANDING ON YOUR. UHM. YOU KNOW. But moving makes it worse, or you could be in a state of undress. cute: Ah, just kiss them already! Or at least look into each others' eyes and have a moment. romantic: A sweet, long kiss and perhaps some long-held confessions are in order. confessions: Actually, speaking of confessions, they might just slip out without anything sweet...oooor your body reacting to this new position may be all the proof the other person needs to know something's up. desperate: Oh, fuck it. You might never have this chance again and you've been wanting them so badly, you may as well snog at least, no matter what. steamy: The smut option!

[Poe and Ben had been dancing this same dance for years now. Some would agree that the two of them argued more then Ben and Rey but that was damn near impossible these days. Sometimes it was actual bickering and anger the both of them but typically Poe enjoyed the constant fighting because it never failed to get Ben riled up. There was something very sexually appealing when Ben Solo had hit his limit of pure frustration, Poe thought so anyway. It had all turned into a game of the sorts, sexual comments exchanged between the two had become a bit more common in conversation and comfortable, typically hands would linger casually when both were drunk or on spice.

Given it was innocent lingering. Just a light brush of the fingers or maybe a little casual hand holding when no one else was around but usually the two would keep the hand holding hidden. Toss is some occasional squeezing of the side or a hand along the lower back. Innocent and simple acts when low key trying to flirt. In the end it turned into a game of who was actually baiting who.

There had been a few nights the spice had gotten the best of Ben and he found himself waking up in Poe's bed each time. Ben had gotten a bit braver with the groping once the spice took over but Poe never once took that as an advantage. He always made sure Ben was in a safe spot so that he could sleep everything off and regret it the next morning.

Poe had no idea what had actually led them to this moment. Maybe it was the fact that Ben had so much sexual frustration built up due to Rey? It could also be that Ben was the only one on base not getting laid besides Rey. Unless Rey was getting laid too? Either way Ben took the invitation and now the two were alone in Poe's room. Ben had Poe's back pressed firmly against the wall of the bedroom, hands pinned above his head as the two kissed rough and hard.
