The one where the angel caught up

Granted that guarantee stemmed mostly from the fact that neither of their sides bothered to spend that much time on Earth. There was the occasional check, here and there, just an update every couple of decades (sometimes a couple of centuries), and that hadn't changed since the Beginning. And Aziraphale was particularly thankful the pattern hadn't changed after things had taken such a turn for him and his "hereditary enemy" in the last few hundred years. It was a lot of work, still, but the angel knew the dance. Keep it under wraps, keep an ear to the ground, deliver reports on time, and they wouldn't even dream of the possibility. It was completely nerve wracking sometimes, and he was well sent into a panicked frenzy after a couple of close calls, but they pulled through.

He wouldn't give it up for the world. Well - that would be put in question eventually, but only several years from now.

The angel is in his bookshop, as usual, some piece of classical music permeating the air of the cozy old bookshop as he's doing some late night inventory. Stood on a step ladder, he's muttering some readings to himself, until he hears the engine of the very familiar car park outside, causing him to look toward the front door. ]
