Aziraphale knows Crowley isn't exactly a food aficionado. To be completely fair, even some of the bigger fans of food could even step up to Aziraphale's level, which means the standard is all messed up anyway. Regardless, that doesn't really matter. When he has something fantastically delectable, he has to share with the demon.

"You really have a taste of this crème brûlée, my dear. It's exquisite." Which he points by having another spoonful. "Some of the best I've ever had."

Crowley looks up from his coffee only to watch Aziraphale when particularly pleasant noises escape his throat. It's a frequent occurrence when the angel is enjoying a treat, and something of a treat for Crowley himself. The demon enjoyed his share of sweets, but never quite to that extent. Still, when Aziraphale suggested Crowley try something, it was usually worth trying.

"Yes, alright," he mutters, placing his cup to the side and leaning in. "I'll have a try."

He's happy to share when something is particularly delicious - as long as there's still enough for himself, of course. But good things are meant to be shared, specially with those you care about.

He holds up a spoonful, carefully to make sure there's a good ratio of cream to burnt sugar, while he cups his other hand under it to avoid spilling it.

"It's absolutely remarkable. I'll have to give my compliments to the chef."

Crowley isn't quite expecting the angel to feed him right off of his own spoon, but who is Crowley to argue? Crowley reaches forward with one hand, lightly grasping Aziraphale's wrist, which is holding the utensil to his lips. He holds the angel's wrist steady as he takes the spoonful of cream into his mouth, keeping his eyes on Aziraphale's.

"Mn..." he rolls it around his tongue and swallows it back, "What's that word you're always using- ah, scrummy."

...well. He certainly didn't quite expect-- well, all that eye contact, for one. Or the wrist holding. And it's not that subtle that he didn't, as he clearly looks thrown for a loop for a moment or two.

"--er-yes." He smiles again."Some- well, some of the best I've had in years."

"You've said that, angel." Crowley remarks with a smirk, his tongue flicking out to delicately lick at the side of his mouth, as if there was anything there (there wasn't).

He lets go of Aziraphale's wrist, dragging his fingertips over the angel's hand as he releases it and rests his arm back on the table.

"I wouldn't mind another taste."

"Oh." Is his awkward response with a bit of a distracted smile. He composes himself rather quickly, at least.

"Well- be my guest." The angel picks up another spoonful while he's at it; he's not stingy. "You could always ask for one, yourself."

Crowley grins, "But then I am not given the distinct pleasure of being spoon-fed by you, angel." he teased with a soft chuckle.

Although, he could always return the favor and serve Aziraphale. That was certainly an option.

Aziraphale definitely falters over that one. Crowley’s a lot more direct than the angel can handle at times, specially when he’s in a teasing mood. Cheeky thing, the serpent.

“Oh. Hum.” He defaults into a nervous half smile. Though it doesn’t seem like a bad sign, at least not when he looks down at the new spoonful of cream and seems to decide he’ll just hold it up for Crowley as well.

“Well, you’re being rather forward today.”

"And you're being incredibly generous with your dessert." he cooes, leaning forward again to take the spoon into his mouth. He groans almost playfully tasting it, his fingers again caressing at Aziraphale's wrist. This time, when he's done licking at his own lips, he doesn't withdraw his grasp; his fingers drag down over thr angel's hand and take the spoon from his grasp.

"I don't want you to regret not getting your fill." he continued, reaching forward with his other hand to pull the dish closer to himself. He fills the spoon and holds it out to Aziraphale as he did him.

Aziraphale watches as not only Crowley clearly puts on a bit of a show again, but also as the spoon is so surreptitiously stolen from his hand. It's all quite distracting, and the wily serpent will definitely be the death of him one day.

He stares at the offered spoonful, too, as if wondering if he should take it, although it's clear right from the start what his course of action will be.

"Oh, you." He smirks, but there's more of an awkward shyness behind it. Still, he eyes the spoon and leans in, not grabbing Crowley's wrist but hand held daintily under the demon's at the ready. As much as he may be slightly embarrassed, and vaguely wondering if this is one of his harmless tricks, the moment he tastes the delightful cream and burnt sugar, he's immediately more in favor of focusing on the treat than in any other silly thoughts. There's a demure, quiet groan, not nearly half as dramatic as Crowley's, but in genuine enjoyment of the food.

He sits back up and brings the back of his hand against his lips, taking another second or two to enjoy the taste before he clears his throat and settles.

"It really is quite delicious."

"Me?" Crowley watches with the hint of a smile on his lips. Aziraphale may not be playing it up, but he's still delightful to watch. He scoops another spoonful off of the dish and holds it up again, biting slightly at his own lower lip.

"Another bite?" he asks, his eyebrow quirking above his glasses. He doesn't have any tricks up his sleeve, per se, but one could say he's in a rather tempting mood.

The look Aziraphale gives him then is knowing and amused. Instead of going for the new spoonful - although he very much wants to and it takes some effort to hold back, oh the things he does for their little games -, he looks at the demon instead.

"Is this a trick, my dear boy?" In no manner of seriousness. "You know it's not quite fair to weaponize delightful deserts."

"How would this be a trick?" he scoffs, his hand lowering slightly, but not settling the spoon down completely. "Don't be ridiculous."

His head tilts to the side, watching Aziraphale closely, that coy smile playing again at his lips. "I don't think it's that unlike me to wish to see you enjoying yourself."

“It’s also entirely within your nature to be mischievous.” Said absolutely fondly, but clearly quite teasing.

"You're not wrong." he swirls the spoon about slightly, lifting it again, "Guess you won't know for sure until you try. Feeling lucky?"
