Comment with your character, preferences, preferred role, and any information you'd like to include.
Your character has either been injured/sick and had to be taken in (possibly against their will) or has been the one to help somebody like the former. Through the mending process, the two characters in a thread have fallen in love - or at least grown closer and more affectionate.
[The obvious default would be healer - canonically prone to just wandering around and restoring whatever seems in need of restoration, up to and including the dead (without any weird catches, even, provided you don't mind all the weird nature stuff she's just casually throwing on your wounds), but her luck is poor enough there's more than a little opportunity to be the injured party. She's sociable enough I'd actually say gen is just as likely as shippy with this setup, but the world is your oyster. AU/crosscanon/assumed cr all welcome.]
[ Better nurse than patient, though her work leaves her open to some risky situations/potential injuries. M/F for shipping but platonic is a-okay by me too. ]
[ Alex jerks his hand back as the stranger presses something against the open wound on his palm and gives her a disgruntled look. He doesn't know where he is, he doesn't know who this woman is. The last thing he remembers is running after something - something he was sure was something supernatural, and then his foot got caught in a tree root and he tripped... there's a vague memory of slipping and sliding down ... something? A hill maybe? A mountain? Shit, it felt like a damn cliff.
And now he's . . . here, in this place he doesn't recognise. Alex rubs his sore head. ]
[Open to canon or cross canon, M/F for shippy (he’d be really awkward about it though without a lot of cr) but also open to all for gen! Could be the patient (he’s likely to end up in that kind of situation honestly) or the caregiver (But be prepared for him to instantly assume it’s worse than it is). Can be modern AU’d if that’s a preference!]
( One of my favorite crossover flavors, so definitely. Maybe Alex got a little smashed up saving Giles from the monster of the week, or we could play it the other way around? )
[whumps almost too prettily, a fussy patient, and a bit awkward when it comes to trying to help. Non-shipping for now, but feel free to talk me into it.]
