Practicality. Not something so mundane as fun.

[And the imagined slights, the overreactions to the most mundane misinterpretations. There's no remorse because none has been shown for him! (lies) There's more than one twisting undercurrent around these thoughts, Loki's own- I only wanted to be your equal and the repetitive and growlingly angry, I was a king- a taste slightly artificial.]

Human, Jotun, as all vermin, you will breed more. [A flash of the Jotun, large blue beasts of a race that fight with ice, Thor cracking that ice, killing with his hammer. Loki on the bridge, attempting to destroy the entire realm.

He pushes through the cartoons and dead baby Jokes to see that remorse, that bitterness. Weakness, more like. He sifts through Bruce in India, finds great amusement at his encounter with the Widow.]

Conquest is never wrong. The things you would have been gifted after my rule was accepted- tsk. Your diseases, your wars, your suffering, is that not symptom of your freedom? Free to harm. Free to take.
