[Finding someone injured on a night hunt isn't all that unusual, but that doesn't mean Jin Ling isn't careful: if anything, it's because it isn't unusual that he exercises extreme caution in his approach. But the person is genuinely injured, it seems: not some robber trying to catch him off-guard, nor a creature only pretending to be human to lure in and eat those who would help. Having established that much, Jin Ling sends Fairy to check out the surroundings, making sure that whoever attacked this person isn't still around, and then puts in the effort to bandage up the injured party. There are pills he could take after that, helping him heal, but honestly? Jin Ling isn't sure he wants to sacrifice medicine to this person just yet.

Or maybe that's just an excuse to at least allow himself to treat his injuries. Could be that.]
