[If Midna knew anything about elevators, then perhaps it would be within her interests to deliberately trap Ignis in with her. But she doesn't and as that is the case, it seems he's gotten lucky.

Sort of. After all, he's still trapped in an elevator. With her.

She calmly laces her hands together, perhaps not really understanding the circumstance. There aren't elevators in the Twilight like this. Most of them she can just get out of it. And when she really thinks about it, she can probably just use her hair to break them out. But where's the fun in that? A little adventure won't kill either of them.]

Sorta AU Wakanda Elevator Shennanigans?

He'd only been in cryo for eight months this time. Apparently T'Challa's little sister Shuri is some kind of scientific and technological genius, to be able to undo all of HYDRA's programming that quickly, considering everything else that had apparently been happening in Wakanda while he was on ice. He's still trying to adjust to being awake again. He hasn't quite gotten warm enough to be fully comfortable and if his past experiences are anything to go by, it'll be a few days yet.

Bucky makes his way to the elevator of the palace, already kind of worn out from the short trek out to grab food and more than ready to go back to the walls of the suite they've set him up in temporarily. He knows there are other plans for him eventually, but he can't get his mind to focus on any possible future. Not yet.

He pushes the button for the 18th floor and waits, eyes on floor, looking at nothing in particular when the doors open with a whoosh. He looks up and grows still, staring wide-eyed at the sight of Steve there, on the elevator.

( It is not that she is claustrophobic or anything, it is just that she is way too energetic to be confined to a small space. She was brimming with an energy unmatched, psyched up for a party. She was there all dolled up, wearing all black and rocking the outfit. All she needed was to get out of the elevator and to her thing.

Except... That was not the case. The elevator had been stuck for a bit. And she was stuck with a complete stranger. Comically standing completely still with a thin lipped, ironic smile. It would not take long before she started to pace and try to climb anything. But for now, she tried to stay still. She didn't even dare to look at the person next to her after initially coming in.

He looked like Alan Cumming and she was trying so hard not to laugh. )

He waited until he was certain that even an actual blind man would notice, before he tapped against the wall, hand moving clumsily forward to skim over the braille on the buttons, pressing the one labeled 'MAIN'.]
