Clint's whole life was based on observations, he had nothing else going for him but studying what people did and how they acted. It was what made him 'special' in the sense that he was able to carry himself on a team of remarkable people.

He didn't catch the glare, too busy caught up in just, well, them. Able to be together and not care about what anybody thought for a change, rather than hiding each other and their interractions away like it was something sordid and disgraceful.

"It's a risk I'm more than happy to take." He gave her a smile, a sobering sudden reminder of how content he was, how much he cared, how happy she made him feel. Clutching her hand tighter as his trained eyes switched back to the hanging signs unti he found one that suited their needs. "Two more aisles on the left, can we get a good bottle of wine too?" And more snacks, for desert. Or maybe just premade one, his sweet tooth was showing.
