[Throughout her whole life, Naminé faced trials of sadness. Being locked up in a castle with very abusive people, manipulating memories of people she had grown to care for, and having those same people she cared for not wanting to remember her anymore if it meant restoring memories of their soul mate.

Heh...soul mate. Naminé feels around for a marking on her neck, covered by her beautiful blond hair; a tattoo of a Lynx. She smiles. Oh how she wished she had someone like Sora, someone who would go to hell and back to be with her. She had tried something similar...but it ended so poorly. She was so lonely and depressed, that when she had the opportunity to remake someone's heart to cater to Sora's and mimic his feelings for Kairi, she complied. She would hope that those feelings his “friend” Riku had would give her a nice substitute for what she could have too...but she felt too much guilt over it. All she could see was a poor soul who wanted to be his own person, but instead was made to feel what she wanted.

Eventually that Riku left her too, and she never wanted to experience that again. She didn't deserve it anyway and just looking at him brought sad memories. So when she saw the actual Riku come see her, she treated it as no big deal, just as Sora's friend. She didn't mind working with him to restore Sora with Diz and he pretty much kept to himself too.

Giving out a sigh, she starts looking at the window of her white room. She was busy with her sketches, but maybe she should take a break right now.]
