Your nightmares follow you like a shadow...

You're trapped in your worst nightmare and worse yet,
you've dragged someone right along in with you.
You feel like you can't escape and any fear you've ever had
is coming true or you're being forced to watch helplessly as
someone you care about is in mortal danger or pain but you can't save them.

Whatever you fear the most can and will come true.
- Post your characters, name and series in the subject.
- Others respond after going to RNG and entering 1-7.
- TRIGGER WARNING: Some prompts may be triggering (Torture, general violence, ect.) so be mindful.

1. motions. you're trapped in your worst nightmare, forced to through the horror to completion with whoever you've drawn into your dream.
2. chased. you're both being chased by something horrible, but it feels more like you're running in place.
3. tortured. held down and tortured in every way imaginable. Can whoever else is in your dream save you?
4. helpless. you're helpless, only able to watch as the person dragged into your dream is hurt, tortured, or otherwise in danger, but you can't help.
5. tormentor. the person in your dream is not there to help, but to hurt. They are not a friend... at least not right now. Maybe they're fighting against whatever is urging them to hurt you or are taking great delight in it.
6. uncontrolled. you're hurting someone you care about and taking delight in it... or at least outwardly. Inside, you might be fighting it with everything you've got.
7. other. mix and match or make your own up.

[Nauseous. It was a disgusting feeling invading every one of her senses. A kick in the stomach, with a disgusting bile aftertaste in the back of her throat; with a distant voice in the back of her head pleading her to "GET AWAY! RUN! YOU MUSTN'T STEP ANOTHER STEP CLOSER". Everything happened so quickly afterwards. It was difficult to process anything other than the wet, repulsive, and cold feeling invading every pore.

Dark, filthy water filled with emotions of deep despair, tragedy, and deep rooted anger had taken hold of her wrists, her waist, legs, and at one point her neck. Grabbing onto the oily but transparent wetness, she was able to remove it away from her neck as she screams at the person responsible. A demon in the form of a man, and not just any man, but the one holding the features and voice of her beloved. Their only difference was the repulsive scar across their face. He had taunted her, taken advantage of her weakness when she was attacked by her kidnapper a mere moments ago, and simply put -- had every intention in sending her to the dark pits of hell.

She had been pulled into the underground shrine that was acting as a seal of sorts, if she understood the other man correctly. A place filled with heartrending emotions. Ones in which she was tasked to absorb and purify. To keep the balance between humanity and the spirit world. She was the high priestess, the best lyricist, in charge of keeping order between the worlds and determining if humanity needs to be reset or not. The latter task she has left in the hands of her grandmother and mother, both. She will make no such judgement. Never, not even after the same child of said humanity had sentenced her to the dark pit.

The living dark water had thrown her in a very dark place. Completely pitch black, and yet she can make out some light. Her hands and long, dark gray sleeves with half a white cloak over the turtleneck long dress, she can still see them, as well as perceive a certain slickness to the ground under her cheek. It was cold and yet, it wasn't wet. Not entirely, anyway. She can still sense the humidity of her surroundings. It was stagnant, and the overwhelming atmosphere was making it difficult to keep her eyes open. She couldn't move neither. Almost as if most of her energy has been sapped out of her. All she can think about is her own weakness. Didn't she promise her grandmother to remain strong? What does it even mean anymore? At one point, she thought she had known the answer, but...]

[It was difficult to move her lips or control her voice. Her gaze was beginning to sting so much. She has never felt so much pain. It was almost making it difficult to breath. A lump was on her throat. All she could do was close her green eyes, and throw her final thoughts into the air: Someone, please, help me....save me. All spoken without a shred of pride, realizing it was no longer needed because she was weak. It was a mistake to believe she could've been useful; to be a good girl; to have helped other people and the world at large. There are things that can't be won against, no matter hard one tries. She had been lucky and ignorant all of this time, and now due to having spent it -- the world will be unfairly sentenced! For her mistake.]
