[There is plenty of time to kill, and Eames had known it from the start. This one's a slow processor, someone who likes to go through all the motions in reality. He's seen that type before, and will see it again and again, someone whose dreams mirror reality except for key points.

Like a movie skipping the monotony of going up stairs, but sticking with every draw of a card game.
