This ain't your mama's meme. Forget your RNG, forget your tired old prompts.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
It's easy. Comment with your character. Then go comment around.
But instead of pre-filled prompts with words or numbers, you find a gif or image (any gif/image from any canon or scenario you please) that sets the scene.

( eve isn't a field agent anymore-- technically, she shouldn't be out here. technicalities only very rarely play a role in mi6 when it comes to decision-making, though, and eve combines the skills of a field agent with the ability to coordinate and oversee, knowledge and an oversight that is only rivalled by m himself. so perhaps she isn't supposed to be out in the field, but she's the best choice for it regardless. bond's the heavy lifter on this one, of course, there's a reason the 00 division exists in the first place, and so eve's a little further away, in the ever inconspicuous van.

( the house is going to collapse, is collapsing, and he's going in. and maybe eve's just as much of an idiot, because she's leaving the van, slamming the door behind her and running towards the house, gun drawn. )
