A Picture is Worth.... Meme
This ain't your mama's meme. Forget your RNG, forget your tired old prompts.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
It's easy. Comment with your character. Then go comment around.
But instead of pre-filled prompts with words or numbers, you find a gif or image (any gif/image from any canon or scenario you please) that sets the scene.
The picture is the prompt.

She grabbed her bag with the camera inside and let him lead her down to the restaurant.

They got a table and John ordered coffee and a fruit salad.

She got coffee and a bagel with cream cheese.

John ate quietly. "So Christmas...we're visiting your family again?"

[inyourdreams]

She shook her head.

"My brother and Erin are headed to California for the week to spend it with her family," she said a little apologetically. "And my dad and Sharon are going to her son's."

He nodded. "So just us in Gotham then?"

[inyourdreams]

She nodded.

"Sorry. I know you were probably looking forward to another family holiday," she said.

[gcpd]

"It's okay. At least ill be with you," he said.

She reached across to take his hand.

"We'll have our own family Christmas," she said.

[gcpd]

"We should get a tree and everything."

[inyourdreams]

"Definitely," she agreed. "And we'll listen to Christmas music and drink hot cocoa while we open our gifts in the morning and then make a big dinner. Maybe go ice skating in the park."

He laughed. "It sounds so nice when you say it."

She frowned a bit.

"Are those not things you'd normally want to do on Christmas?" she asked, curious.

[gcpd]

"Well...I mean, I don't really go all out during Christmas since it's usually just me. I visited the boys' home after but." He shrugged.

"Well, we don't have to do all those things," she said. "We can just have a quiet morning around the tree and then go to the Boys' home together."

[gcpd]

"No, I'd like it if we did do all those things," he insisted.

[inyourdreams]

"Okay, but I think we should go to the Boys' Home too," she said.

[gcpd]

"Of course. It's what I do every year," he said.

She smiled endearingly at him.

"I love you," she said.

[gcpd]

"I love you, too," he said.

After finishing up and leaving a tip, they met up with the group waiting in the lobby for the bus and tour guide that would take them around.

It was a mixed group consisting of an older couple, a group of middle-aged ladies on vacation together, a family with a couple teenagers, a couple on their honeymoon, and them. Everyone seemed nice enough and excited for the trip.

Their tour guide showed up after a bit, a friendly younger guy, and introduced himself before leading them to the small bus that would be taking them.

John and Ari got a row in the middle of the bus. THey only had to wait a few minutes until they started moving.

She held his hand as they drove along, looking out the window at the beautiful scenery.

"Are you two on your honeymoon too?"

The new bride and groom had sat across the aisle from them and the girl was smiling at them as Ari looked over.

"Oh, no," she said with a polite smile. "We're just dating."

The girl looked a little embarrassed for asking.

John smiled at them politely too but left Ari to answer the question.

"Sorry," she girl said. "You just seemed to have that honeymoon glow about you too."

Ari huffed out a small laugh.

"It's okay. And congratulations to you."

The girl beamed and looked at her husband.

"Thanks," she said. "I'm Jessica. This is Ben."

"Nice to meet you," she said back. "I'm Ari and this is John."
