A Picture is Worth.... Meme
This ain't your mama's meme. Forget your RNG, forget your tired old prompts.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
It's easy. Comment with your character. Then go comment around.
But instead of pre-filled prompts with words or numbers, you find a gif or image (any gif/image from any canon or scenario you please) that sets the scene.

The picture is the prompt.

WARNING: THIS POST WILL BE IMAGE HEAVY. AND POSSIBLY NSFW AND THERE MAY BE TRIGGERS.
Some images will not be able to be hidden behind cuts, so please be aware that triggery material may be found within.

If you post an image that is violent or sexual in nature please LINK it, do not embed it into the comment.

Feel free to use this template to stick your image in there.

[ when silva sits down in front of a keyboard, he has a thousand options open to him. crash stock markets. rewire money transfers from haiti to korea. crack safes, incite war, all with a few simple clicks. he could do all this—and more—and still, his thoughts turn to m, to her new pet hound, mi6, to the knowledge that all of it will get crushed in his hands and flake out between his fingers like ash. silva can be patient. he can be more than patient. years upon years of recovery and connections, sticking his nose where it doesn't belong until it does. but there is something interesting about bond's ruthless efficiency; like looking into a mirror, reflecting into the past. m's favourite, a pillar of steel, standing between him and m. he will be important. (is important.)

there is some excuse, then, that his fingers don't move to corrupt another third world election; they move instead to check a list of flagged keywords, several of which have popped up in use around the globe. 007. james bond. silva had discovered the agent's propensity for using his own name instead of a moniker, and uses that to his advantage; but of course there is always double-oh seven. it's easy to track down the mobile bond's using (entirely disposable after this mission—perhaps it isn't even his), to plug in the number. it's easy, so easy. but it's not boring.

from an unknown ( ▒ - ▒▒▒ - ▒▒▒ - ▒▒▒▒ ) number:

ARE YOU TIRED YET, JAMES?

[ She'd had him shot, that heartless, old bitch. But here he was, settled into a hotel in Shanghai, waiting for his target to come make his mark. Back in the game. What he feels and what he has to do are two different things; lucky for M (or, perhaps, because of her), Bond knows which one is more important.

Of course, there are exceptions. He should probably know better than to entertain texts from numbers he doesn't know. Then again... he's an unknown number himself, in his own way. His commitments to phones are like his relationships to most people; temporary and disposable. The list of people who have this contact would be short. Compound the fact whoever this is must speak with the capslock on, and... no, he's no idea who this is quite yet. He'd have potentials if he could give a damn beyond mild curiosity. ]

just had a nap, actually. why?

[ Here's his Eton education shattered and sobbing over his need for cheek. ]

[ he half expected bond to ignore the message. do not engage, et cetera ad infinitum, blah blah rules blah. but then again, bond isn't so fond of rules, is he? from what silva had read in his file, at any rate. loose cannon. rejection of authority. what a story. so when the response comes, silva's mouth curls into a dangerously amused smile, eyes crinkling with cool delight. maybe it's curiosity, then. paranoia? always the feeling of being watched. silva does enough watching for half the world over, but this is different. ]

NOT THAT KIND OF TIRED.

[ Bond doesn't mind rules, but he certainly won't let them get in the way when he's got a better idea. Besides, this sort of stranger danger is almost harmless. After he texts back, though, he's going to pull apart the phone just to be sure there's nothing nasty like a little explosive or tracker attached to the battery. He's right by the pool at the moment - a little boom should be survivable.... ]

overrated. don't think i'll be going back there again for a while.

[ Peaceful and liberating, but that's nothing a stranger ought to know. And it's nothing he needs to think about. He's here now. He had his chance to stay off the grid and he chose to come back; there's no room for remorse. ]

planning a vacation?

[ a pause, and then: ]

NOT FOR MYSELF.

[ he's not trying to be subtle, but there's no nametag attached to him yet—only actions, consequences. blowing up mi6, terrorizing m. if bond stays in shanghai, or manages to kill patrice and travels to macau (as silva suspects he will), he'll find out a name. but silva's used to anonymity. it can get to be dull, when it's not useful, but still. it's not like connections can't be made.

bond is a certain caliber of man, after all. not just brawn. not remotely.

[ No bombs on the battery, it seems. That doesn't mean he's safe, but he's not going to take apart the phone - he'll just drop it in a bin when he's done and it's time to kill Patrice.

But he's starting to get who this might be. ]

it was until i dug the uranium fragments out with a knife. much better now.

[ That'll mean something to someone in the know. It's a bit of a taunt, too, a subtle call to what he's planning to do. Definitely worth some wrist-slapping. ]

sounds like you've been having a lot of imaginations about me. should i be concerned or flattered?

[ ah, yes. patrice's calling card. any mercenary stupid enough to use such distinctive shells deserves to be killed: avoid trademarks, avoid detection. the assassination of the art dealer is of little consequence, just something to do—in part to lure bond to him, yes, but there are easier ways. patrice was dead the minute he delivered the nato agents to silva and got away unscathed. ]

HOW CAN I HELP MYSELF? YOU'RE CAPTIVATING, JAMES. I CAN SEE WHY SHE'S SO LENIENT.

I WOULD TAKE IT AS A COMPLIMENT.

secret admirers are so old-fashioned.

[ He's got little doubt left for who has contacted him with the mention of her. After all, there's only been one constant woman in his life, though her leniency... is something up to debate at the moment. At another time, he might have agreed. Anyway, it doesn't really matter what lingers in his mind. He's here, and he'll do his job.

It's interesting, though, that he's been contacted. There's no doubt of danger, but considering this exercise is only one in which he's using to find this very person (and alright, it's a bit of an exercise in revenge, but he's better about that than he used to be)... how can he turn down such a gift? ]

i've been told i have a way with women.

[ A pause. Why beat around the bush anymore, really? ]

why her?
