Intimacy is the glue of any relationship, albeit romantic or friendship. It's getting to the root of humanity, and expanding upon ourselves and letting others in.

Rules:
1. Post with your character.
2. Go to rng and roll from 1-6.
3. Post to others.
4. Profit

Scenes:
1. First Kiss. Maybe you've been harboring feelings or maybe this is random. But it feels good to be that close to someone.

2. Love Confession. You have been head over heels for this person and now it's time to try and get close to them.

3. Secrets. You've been hiding yourself from someone and now it's time to stop. They need to know the real you.

4. First Time. First time you have sex is always nerve racking, but it's in these moments that you show how much you truly care about someone.

5. Shower. Perhaps you've been together for awhile. Maybe you've told each other everything. Maybe you're just dirty and need to get cleaned up. But letting the water flow between two people is still pretty intimate.

6. Post-Coital Bed. Do you feel talkative after sex? Want to ponder the meaning of life / if you guys are more than a one-night stand? Better to do it after the deed probably.. at least your partner will be in a good mood?

7. Road Trip. Good for that bonding experiance you never had! Bad diner food and weird landmarks you never knew you wanted to see! Will it bring you closer to your friend / lover?

8. Drunk. Are you the happy or sad kind? Clingy, or flighty? Maybe you just need a hug, to snuggle close.. to whoever's around at the time!

9. Winter. What could be a better time to curl up with a book, or exchange soft words in the glow of the fire? Hot chocolate time!

10. Free verse. Did I leave something out? Want to combine? Make up your own or pick from the others.

[ so, you know, Scott is off with Allison or whatever, and the other pack wolves are off chewing on bones or whatever they do for fun, and who gets stuck with the Alpha? Stiles. Naturally. But maybe it's not that bad. Since no one is around to see, and all. ]

Sooooo. Derek.

[ Derek grunts, barely looking up. ]

What.

[ Stiles sliiiides closer, not at all smooth but at least trying to be, settling on the couch next to Derek. ]

Can I...talk to you about something?

I mean, unless this is a bad time. Because I can come back. In an hour, or next month, or after the next full moon when you're not...all...wolfy...or in five years...

[ Derek rolls his eyes and turns to look at Stiles, leaning back. ]

Just spit it out already. What?

[ He spreads his hands, a "get to the point" motion. ]

[ Stiles adjusts himself on the sofa. Clears his throat. Looks at the wall. ]

Well, okay. I know you're like a big mean macho wolf or...whatever. And you SUCK at feelings. And you're kind of a jerk and you wear the same thing all the time and you drive like a psychopath, but...

I...

Think I like you.

[ that's not even true. He KNOWS he does. He knows what LIKE feels like. He's felt more than that for Lydia for basically his entire life, after all. ]

[ It takes a moment for Stiles's words to even register to Derek. Then he blinks, and his mouth opens, but he doesn't have a witty response. Or even a jerk response. He closes his mouth, takes a breath, tries again. ]

Where did that come from?

[ Thoughts race around his head, most of them boiling down to, "No you don't" and "No you shouldn't." He's just a kid. A stupid, crazy human kid. So why is Derek's heart pounding in his chest? And why is he so damned uncomfortable with what he smells on Stiles? ]

I KNOW, right, where DID it come from? I'm not like into beastiality or anything!

[ wow, that's the LAMEST joke and he knows it. But being serious for more than a couple minutes is hard, okay. ]

Wait, you didn't...laugh at me or make fun of me.

[ Oh, there's the expected scowl. ]

It's not even funny. Why don't you go chase another girl who won't even look at you.

[ He turned away, closing himself off, trying to control the surge of... whatever it was inside of him.

Stupid kid. ]

Hey, HEY, you were fine ten seconds ago, come on!

Right now I'm apparently, and totally against any and all better judgement, chasing a WEREWOLF that won't look at me. In case you missed that.

[ as he talks, he reaches out for Derek's shoulder, not at all willing to let him close off so easy. As if. ]

[ He doesn't expect the hand on his shoulder. He tenses at the touch, his whole body stiffening. He sighs through his teeth, almost a hiss, and takes another breath in, almost shaky. ]

You're right. It is against all better judgement. It's stupid and it will get you killed. Is that what you want?

[ He turns, and there's something dangerous in his eyes, the wolf barely held down beneath the surface.

Overreaction much?]

[ Stiles jerks his hand back, more out of reaction to Derek moving at all than to anything else. ]

Hey, I have a pretty good track record of NOT dying or being seriously injured.

[ okay so Allison's stupid GRANDPA hit him pretty hard but the injuries weren't actually serious in the end. ]

My sense of self-preservation is definitely not lacking.

[ he says, and looks right into Derek's eyes. Derek is DEFINITELY dangerous, way more than Scott, but that's kind of enticing. Not that Stiles is going to say THAT out loud. ]

Then don't confess your childish affection to me, Stiles. I'm not going to take you to prom or text you sweet nothings. I'm an alpha, now. I don't play.

[ His words were rough, almost a growl. He could feel the wolf surging, animal needs without words underscoring his very human emotions. ]

[ Stiles snorts, more unthinking than he is brave. ]

You don't get to tell a guy who's been harboring a crush for a decade what's childish and what isn't.

I didn't tell you just to play some game with you.

You know what your problem is, Derek? You don't know how to take a compliment.

[ he rambles on, heedless of how much he's annoying the werewolf. ]

[ Derek growls softly. ]

And you don't know how to take a hint. You think you'd enjoy me reciprocating? I'd break you. And if I didn't, another wolf would.

[ Okay, that DOES make him a little nervous, but he's never been one to let nervousness really stop him, or he'd talk a whole hell of a lot less than he does. ]

You have a really mixed message way of saying you don't like me, you know that? I mean, the threesome suggestion, right off? That's not "no way, Stiles," that's like...

Okay, I know you've got a pack mentality or whatever but can we...slow down?

[ It takes Derek a moment to even register what Stiles is going on about, but when he does, he growls a small exasperated sigh and shoves his hand over Stiles's mouth, interrupting him. ]

Shut up, Stiles. What I mean is that even being this close to me puts you in danger from any rival or challenger I might face, not to mention things worse that what you've seen running around here. You think they would leave a mortal lover alone? No. It's a weak spot.

Not to mention what others would say.

[ Almost sounds like he's been thinking about this. ]

[ Stiles is shocked into temporary speechlessness by Derek's hand on his mouth. And also by the word "lover." That's a bit grown up for him okay.

He reaches up and pulls Derek's hand off his mouth after a minute. ]

Oh, yeah, you're totally always aware of what people say about you and you care so much.

You know, this isn't really a denial, Derek.

Shut up, Stiles.

Still not a denial.

[ He growls low in is throat, not amused by Stiles's amusement in the least. Mostly because no, it's not a denial. Stiles is being a stupid kid with a puppy crush on someone who he doesn't know, and I'd he wants to play like that...

He lurches suddenly closer, faster than a human could move, and wraps one too-strong hand around the back of Stiles's head, yanking him closer... And mashing his mouth against his own, kissing him hard, dangerously, full of prying tongue and too-sharp teeth. ]

[ Stiles doesn't actually have time to react to Derek even MOVING, let alone TOUCHING him. All of a sudden, there are two tongues in his mouth, which is not really how the movies make it seem, but that might be because Derek has TEETH and...

He'd probably remark on "the better to eat you with" but even he can't make a joke with Derek kissing him. Can you call it kissing? Stiles doesn't have a lot of experience in this arena, admittedly, but this seems more violent than kissing is supposed to. But part of what he likes about Derek is his anger, because you can't like Derek without that.

He tenses under Derek's hands and mouth and reciprocates as best he can, but it's hard to navigate through it. He has an insane moment of wondering if all werewolves kiss this way before his brain shuts THAT up.

He manages to pull away when breathing becomes a thing. ]

Jesus. I was...kidding, teasing you. About the denial thing, I mean, I figured you wouldn't...

[ rise to the bait? No, if there's anyone alive who will definitely rise to the bait, it's Derek Hale. Actually, Stiles can't even say what he expected. Not...that. ]

I don't know, if that's your reaction maybe I should joke MORE.

[ he was all fixing to be awkward but somehow it's...not. ]
