That depends on Starfleet's orders. I'd love to stay and help but they might want their flagship elsewhere.

It would be vastly inappropriate for me to have it be suggested that the Enterprise remain as a gesture of goodwill. As much as it might appeal, I would regret keeping you from your duty, and if disaster were to occur because you were held here, I would regret it even more deeply.
