feeling a little choked up?
Hey, you all remember this, right?
If not, here's how it works: your character has woken up in a strange new city, called Atia, and they've never been here before in their lives. It's beautiful, and its got an ancient and ambiguous Greco-Roman feel. Anything you need here is easily within your character's grasp. Life is easy. The city isn't very large, wrapped along the sea side, and the native people are friendly. The only hang up is that, for whatever reason, the goddess Atia (the city's namesake), who rules the city, has ungraciously bestowed upon your character a collar. Each collar is unique to their wearers, and every day that passes without orgasm, the collar gets a little tighter—and it can be lethal; a slow, painful death. Additionally, the collars absolutely, by no means, can be removed. Maybe your character has tried, but it doesn't work. Getting off alone can help loosen it just a bit, but it won't save them. You can only loosen the collar to a completely comfortable state through sex.

♥ 1. NEW: You're new to the city. Maybe you're excited about what you've learned regarding what fuels the city of Atia. Maybe you're mortified. Is this your first time? Hope you've made some friends, if things are getting a little tight.
♥ 2. VETERAN:
You've been here for perhaps a year or two. You're pretty much over getting bent out of sex in any capacity, or maybe you never have been. Maybe you've discovered some new kinks, with your hopefully new found comfort for intimacy. It could be you often help newer folks, or people often send you to their friends they aren't willing to bang themselves. Or maybe you've been a stick in the mud the whole way through—but you've gotten really good at surviving.
♥ 3. CHAOTIC HO:
It might not be totally clear how long you've been here, but you've never been uncomfortable with the premise of Atia. As a matter of fact, you're kind of notoriously into it. You're so obnoxiously horny, you kind of annoy people. There's a good hunk of the local community that celebrates your hedonism, though.
♥ 4. PRUDE:
Maybe you have a close couple of friends you go to to tend to your breathing comfort, but it's just business. Similarly, maybe you've been tasked to bailing out someone who's been foolish enough to let things get so bad in the first place, due to whatever their reasons are. What a hassle.
♥ 5. PROCRASTINATOR:
Whatever your circumstance, you're already half choked out, and you're about to have some really uncomfortable sex. Maybe you've been found this way by a concerned friend, or maybe you've made an embarrassing, urgent network post to beckon for help. Shameless. This can of course be combo'd with the above prompts, nothing is so rigid; these are just ideas to help you out!
(note: For those of you newish to journal RP, Amatomnes was the first sex game, hailing back to Livejournal. That said, operate as if your characters are in/have been in a proper game; assumed CR is probably agiven. The degree of your character's condition is up to you. I don't actually remember Amat super well, except it was a lot of fun. Chalk up any inaccuracies to who gives a fuck, and have fun!
note pt.2: I should say that you can toplevel/tag out with your character as a veteran even if you weren't a part of Amat! Just seeing how people are tagging into the meme, I thought I should clarify for any undue uncertainty.)
