Your warrior
![]() It's fairly simple, really, no royalty required. One of you is the "princess:" sweet, gentle, possibly energetic, always full of life and innocence. The other is the "warrior:" rough around the edges, wild, or stoic, at least serious about protecting that one special person, dedicated, strong, a fighter. And the two of you are in love, even if one...less expressive than the other. Together romantically or not, there's something that connects you, most likely a driving need to protect. But don't let the normal conventions full you, the "princess" (or "prince," as it may be, because the terms here are gender neutral) is just as important. Someone has look to the emotional well-being and happiness of the "warrior," and often, those "warriors" need a lot of help.

They eventually got her, of course, but she'd escaped the facility under tragic circumstances she hasn't really talked about. She knew she needed to go to what seemed to be the source of whatever she and the others were, the Umbrella Academy. With the eccentric billionaire already dead, Claire didn't get any of the answers she was searching for, but she got a little more than she bargained for when she got to know Diego Hargreeves. Pretty much hating each other at first, after a few life or death situations and him saving her from a Company ambush, they'd sort of bonded. Now it was..
Well, Claire Bennet was too scared to think about what it really was.
Grinning at the joke he'd just made and glancing away when he looked at her like that, she looks back when she hears his breath hitch.
"Diego," Claire frowns suspiciously, noticing something telltale in the way he's holding himself after that chuckle. She can tell. He's injured. A new injury, when he'd specifically said he'd stay hidden. "You didn't.."
Brow furrowing, she's caught between anger and the sinking feeling in her chest at the thought of him being apparently determined to die for her. They'd discovered a new bag & tag group was in town for her, but the plan was to hideout for now and come up with a real plan. Not... This.
"They could have killed you." Looks like she decided that anger is easier to show than that other thing. "Or worse."

She's been Callisto's temp for a week, maybe, and there have already been two attempted murders. It's okay, sort of, because Jules is pretty nonchalant about the dying thing after doing it a couple hundred times in Fog's office. Mostly it's been annoying, because Zero is a pretty useless punishment, as far as she's concerned, and there isn't exactly time to address it now that they're stuck at port.
Can you even call it port if the Barge basically crash lands? Well, whatever it is sure is hostile: some people have been taken, some killed, and whatever lives on this island definitely doesn't want intruders. At least, judging by the skulls on spikes. Sends a pretty clear message.
The downside to Julia's near indestructible state is that it's a bizarre in-between thing that probably wasn't ever supposed to exist. She was a magician, then a goddess, and now she's neither. Can't die, can't do magic. Great for surviving, but not so much for saving people. Or avoiding things like torture, and frankly, Julia's been through enough.
The upside of this crash - if you squint hard enough - is that the Admiral doesn't seem to be controlling anyone's powers anymore. So Callisto is bound to be a terror, but Julia is hoping she can at least point that in the right direction. All she has to do is find her, but hell, that can't be too hard, either: just follow the carnage.
