1. Truth serum
You know this person isn't going to speak easy but you've got a surprise for them. This serum aught to loosen their lips a little.

2. Torture
The old fashion way might work best for this particular fellow. How about those nail screws?

3. Bargain
You've got something they really want, or really need. If they fess up, if they tell the truth of the matter, they'll get it.

4. Black mail
So, remember that night about ten years ago...? You know something they don't want the rest of the world to know and you're going to use it.

Just because they're in chains on a chair doesn't mean you two can't have a little fun, right? Might be even more fun, come to think about it.

[Tseng hums around him. It's good. Too good seeing Zack coming undone. This time there is no surprise and Tseng enjoys himself. He laps at the head, tongue exploring the little slit and he doesn't even mind the taste. He hqs his hand on what isn't in his mouth but the next stroke brings Zack even deeper.

He swallows around him. Not gagging though it's tempting because Zack is almost too big for blowjobs in his opinion. He caresses his hips and lets him have the bit of control because it's too good.]

[Zack's shallow thrusts lose some of their rhythm, his thighs shaking with each one as his boots raise up off the floor to help him. The string of words and curses and moans coming from his mouth don't have much end in sight, eyes closed tight as his fingers grip the arms of the chair. They groaned with the force, threatening to break it before one of Zack's hands slips down, covering Tseng's to squeeze, perhaps more brutally than Tseng would have.
