Of course with a speedster metabolism, the sugar is more of an important concern for them, for quick burn. Sure, he goes through a lot of carbs and meat too, but he would swear he lives on coffee and sugar.
Me? If I could only eat dessert I'd never get a nice eggs benedict again. Or have a reason to make a souffle.
