your knight It's fairly simple, really, no royalty required. One of you is the "princess:" sweet, gentle, possibly energetic, always full of life and innocence. The other is the "knight:" stoic, or at least serious about protecting that one special person, dedicated, strong, a fighter. And the two of you are in love, even if one...less expressive than the other. Together romantically or not, there's something that connects you, most likely a driving need to protect. But don't let the normal conventions full you, the "princess" (or "prince," as it may be, because the terms here are gender neutral) is just as important. Someone has look to the emotional well-being and happiness of the "knight," and often, those "knights" need a lot of help. Comment with your character and preferences. Be sure to include which role you'd like to play. Reply to others.

Jiro looked at the queen he had been tasked with babysitting. He smirked a bit as he bowed down. The man next to him, more stoic and serious, bowed as well but in apology. He muttered an apology to the woman. "Forgive him, Khaleesi. He isn't...right. Hasn't been since the Masters took over." But that was over now. Now, they were in a safe land ruled by a queen who saw them as equals.

Jiro shrugged a bit. "My Master's dead...I killed them like the Khaleesi killed the others..." He laughed again, an unhinged sound. "But don't worry, Khaleesi. I'll keep you safe!"

[It's difficult to know the allegiances behind the armor sometimes. When its relatively nondescript under no banner or sigil the person inside could be anyone. A member of the city guard, a mercenary, a soldier, or a templar too afraid to wear their flaming sword in the open in declaration of holy war.

And they should be ashamed. Between the arrests and the murders the city had fallen into a state of disarray. People taking sides and too many who would rather keep their heads low and stay behind closed doors.

Anders would rather not approach anyone in a suit of armor, but certain circumstances cause risks and adaptation. The staff strapped to his back easily gives him away as a mage and if this one is fearful of magic then he'll know very quickly where she stands.]
