MEMORY SHARE MEME That says memory share, not memeory share. Anyway, the gist is this: characters get a chance to share memories with another one. It can either be voluntary or involuntary (on both characters' parts. maybe discuss nonconsensual telepathy and shit ooc first). Mind melds, pensieves, jamjar situations forcing it on everyone, whatever. Sometimes you experience the memory like it's happening to you or sometimes you experience it as though spectating it. Sometimes you get to choose which memory and sometimes you don't. It all depends. Maybe it changes your relationship forever, maybe it catches you out in a lie. In any case, now you know something about each other you probably won't ever forget. • Top level your character. Include any details you might think are relevant, like what memory they would be sharing. Or don't, we're not the cops. • Reply to other people's top levels! • Have fun!

The case is a three at best but the leaky container of foreign substance in the deep freezer doesn't register until the suspect managed to almost stab John. He grabs John's arm in concern and feels dizzy himself.
It's odd what happens on his side of things, bright sensations of pain (not that unfamiliar) and some big man coming after him in a drunken rage... Sand in his mouth and nose and blood everywhere... He backs up against the wall, feeling ill.

It stops.
John looks grey...
Suddenly his eyes widen and he puts his hands up... No John shouldn't know ... about that... He's more scared what John will do with the information he's received... Rather than what Sherlock himself will...

To be quite honest, Peter's not even sure this is the weirdest thing he's ever come across. What is weird is that it happens so quickly that his senses don't even have time to warn him. One second, he's swinging his way through Midtown and the next he's swung straight into a portal that wasn't there before.

Peter barely has enough time to think, well shucks before he's tumbling in the ether, unable to right himself. He shoots a web, but it doesn't seem to be able to connect to anything. Another web, with feeling this time (read: a little more desperation) - and this time, he catches something!

Peter pulls, swinging his hips to try and give himself direction in this colorful nothingness (Einstein-Rosen Bridge? Sounds better than rainbow portal), but whatever he's grabbed onto isn't stable - he can feel the tension give, and whatever he caught comes rushing towards him -

The collide isn't painful, but it's - weird. Peter's whole body feels strange, in flux - like his atoms aren't sure where they should be.

It kind of feels like that episode of Pokemon, where Ash fucking dies and leaves his body? Yeah. Like that. He vaguely realizes he's still clinging to whatever - or whoever, that feels like a limb - collided with him, when a life that's not his starts forcing itself into his head. Big Yikes. That's...probably not good, right?
