Size kink is a kink or preference for a distinct difference in size, height, musculature or weight between two sexual partners. It isn't too unusual for two people in a relationship to be of different sizes, be it height or weight or anything else of that nature; after all, it'd probably be more strange to see two people together with the exact same "specs," so to speak. What are the odds? Still, the difference isn't always pronounced. Except, sometimes, when it is. Some people find the difference cute or charming, while others are not such big fans. Inadequate: Because of your size, you feel embarrassed and afraid that the person you love might not love you. Don't Want to Hurt You: If the size difference is great, there can be a fear on the part of the bigger half of the couple that they might hurt the smaller half - especially in sex. How can you work around this problem? Weight: Your size difference is in weight, not height. Not What You Expect: In fiction and pop culture, the bigger partner is usually the dominant one. What if that's not the case in this pairing, though? HUGE Difference: It's not just a foot or so difference; it's YARDS. One of you is really big and the other is tiny. No matter what, the way you care for each other is giant. Aren't You Too Young?: The smaller partners can get confused for kids next to their bigger lovers, and that can be embarrassing. You want to prove to your partner that they need not worry about what other people say - you're sexy and very much not a kid (unless you are, I suppose). Benefits: Having a size difference in your relationship isn't all downsides. This was straight up grade-A bullshit. It wasn't enough that the food was crap and the blankets were thin. No, on top of all that, Bucky was going to be forced out in front of a stage (that people in his troop had built, by the way) to watch the painted pony, 'Captain America' talk about how they were one big, star-spangled team. At least, if he was lucky, there might be some girls dancing. But was that really enough to sit through the crap this clown was going to be spitting out? A guy who hadn't seen the Hell him and his guys had just left to watch his tights-wearing ass?

God, he hoped Steve didn't buy into the shit this man was spewing. Knowing him though...

He plopped down in the crowd, knowing that the sooner this started the sooner it would end. Already people were starting to crack jokes and heckle. At least Bucky wasn't alone in his irritation. That was good. Didn't save him from the next fifteen minutes, but it would at least make it more entertaining. Someone came out, introducing their special guest. No one applauded. Bucky had never been so proud of his troop.

He's never done this before, not in front of a bunch of soldiers. His usual audience are children, excited children over a real-life comic book character, but children nevertheless. Maybe the occasional dame who suddenly shows him attention now that he's six-foot something, and has muscles he still doesn't know what to do with. The girls, at least, are excited. Something about being able to charm soldiers into buying them drinks.

"Captain America," they've decided to go and call him, like he's done something worthy of anything, and not just selling war bonds and comic books. At least the fella playing Adolph is being a good sport about it.

"Don't worry about it, Rogers. I can take a coupla blows from our boys if you buy me a beer afterward." As though it might actually come to blows, like this isn't all an elaborate act meant to raise morale. But it's something, and the guy, Geoffrey-- Steve's pretty sure that's actually his name-- is being a good sport out of it. The girls come out with him, they do their usual number.

One of the ones he's gotten close with, Susanne, flashes him a smile as he steps on stage, feeling awkward. The crowd already looks unhappy. "So, uh," he begins, already thinking it was a mistake. Couldn't they have gotten someone else to do the USO show? "I need a volunteer."
