Building up new CR can be hard, especially if you're unsure who's interested, or if you're just a little bit shy. Behold a meme designed specifically to get around that.

THE TAG (THREE) NEW PEOPLE MEME

Step One - Post your character, include a prompt if you want, and note your preferences for the random generator part of the meme. Note this meme is designed for any new CR, so while limiting certain aspects of the meme (no to certain prompts, only certain types for sex/shipping, etc) there should be no "canons/ocs/girls/boys only"!

Step Two - Go back three tags above you. If you've never tagged the character you land on, and they have no existing tags on their thread, roll up a prompt and tag them with it. Continue and do this two more times. If you hit the end of the meme, loop back around. If you get caught in an infinite loop, either wait for a new tag-in, or go by every other comment instead.

Step Three - If you can't find someone who hasn't been tagged and you haven't played with, it's fine to tag someone who has been. If you can and you still want to tag a tagged person, go ahead, just don't count it to your three.

Step Four - If you want to, you don't have to stop at just three. Keep looping (or come back later when others have tagged in) as often as you like!

② Angst → Characters suffer emotionally or physically from relationships breaking up, death, injury, etc. Hurt and comfort themes are included.
③ Crack → Genderswaps, super powers, sudden compulsions are all possible outcomes.
④ Fluff → Something that is devoid of angst. It's light-hearted and might have the overtone of romance.
⑤ Sex → First times, kinks, even dubcon are all possible themes of sex related scenarios.
⑥ Your choice → Think of your own scenario, choose one of the above or make a combo even!

① Zombies → It's the zombie apocalypse, lock and load!

⑭ Showdown → Time for a cowboy-style showdown. Whoever draws the fastest wins.
⑮ War → You're caught in the middle of a war here. Remember to keep your chin up and keeping fighting.
⑯ Apocalypse → The apocalypse finally happened and now you're left to scavenge and fight for whatever is left.
⑰ Sabotage → It's time to sabotage someone's plan! How is entirely up to you. Do you set up a bomb in their toilet? Do you double cross them at the last minute?
⑱ Big damn hero → You know you have to handle this one alone, so that means disarming or knocking unconscious the person who wants to join you.
⑲ Fight club → You know the rules... you're in an underground fighting ring and you're fighting with all you've got.
⑳ Threaten → You've just been sent here to rough them up a little, threaten them into behaving.

ANGST.
① Injury / illness → Your character has become injured or ill! To what extent is the mun's choice.
② Last moments → You character has been gravely injured and this is their last chance to say their last words.
③ Depression → Your character is depressed, what actions they take is up to the mun.
④ Betrayed → You character has been betrayed by the other. How do they react?
⑤ Tortured → Your character is being tortured and needs rescuing or at least a sympathetic ear to help him through it.
⑥ Jealousy → Your character is feeling jealous and must deal with it, how will they do it?
⑦ Breakup! → This relationship has gone as far as it can, it's time to breakup.
⑧ Broken → For whatever reason, the character is broken, mentally or or physically.
⑨ Fight → You can't even be in the same room as your friend or lover without arguing anymore.
⑩ Lost → You lost the biggest fight of your life and now all you can do is try to pick up the pieces.
⑪ Worst nightmare → Whatever you fear the most is now real or maybe you're just trapped in a dream together, but whatever it is, it feels too real.
⑫ Addicted → You're addicted to something, alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever. It's destroying your life and you can't do anything to stop it.
⑬ Hurt you → You're being forced to hurt someone you love either by betraying them or even being forced to shout things you don't mean. It's for their own good in the end though.
⑭ Separation → You were forced to leave this person for their own safety and while you've been miserable without them, you really didn't mean to run into them again... maybe it was by accident or you were watching them from afar this whole time.
⑮ Becoming a monster → You are slowly changing, becoming a monster: vampire, zombie, demon, something you can't recover from and no-one can help you.
⑯ Frozen → You are entirely helpless, frozen, to stop some kind of disaster.
⑰ Prison → You were very bad and now it's time to pay the price by turning yourself in or maybe the law just finally caught up to you.
⑱ Fear → You're not sure why, but you are suddenly terrified and you can't deal with it. You need help.
⑲ Hated → You are now hated by the person you loved the most.
⑳ Down and out → You're living on the streets, you've hit rock bottom, and you don't know what to do.

⑮ Bodyswap → Somehow you've changed bodies with the other person.
⑯ Back in time → Somehow, you wound up in the past again. Do you try to correct something or just sit and wait for time to jump? Maybe it jumps to various points in your life or maybe you actually think you're back in the day. Have fun, run wild with the idea!
⑰ To the future → Is it everything you've dreamed? Is it horrible? Whatever happens, you're here to witness what happens to you in the future. Either you take the place of your future self or you're just there to watch. Might cause some confusion if people start seeing double though...
⑱ Angels, mermaids, and fairies! → You're not necessary something dark or evil. You're just something different. How do you deal?
⑲ Locked in a closet → For some reason, you're locked up in a closet with someone else. Do you make nice and try to figure your way out or what?
⑳ Finger trap → You're caught in a Chinese finger trap... with somebody else! You can't figure out how to get loose either... have fun with that.

⑧ Date night → You've planned for a wonderful night together and you can't wait to get it started.
⑨ Family → You've either found out you're pregnant or you've already got that addition to your family.
⑩ Marriage → You're just about to get hitched or maybe you're enjoying your honeymoon. Maybe you've been together for years now! Whatever the case, it's time for that next big step.

The idea of fighting for peace might sound counterintuitive, but it was nothing new for Dominic. He'd been raised a soldier, after all, against the idea that humanity was always under siege. And the Covenant of St. George hadn't been named for a dragonslayer for nothing.

By all appearances, his side was outmatched, but that didn't seem to have any effect on Dominic's will to fight, as he quickly slotted another bolt to his crossbow and let it loose.

Quicksilver was assigned to reconnaissance. Perhaps that Dominic's side was outmatched. For one person was able to gain information about their defenses in a second. And get back to the other side with that information.

As he dashes for another sweep, he sees the bolt of the crossbow notched and released. He picks it up in mid-air. And dashes it back to drop the bolt in front of Dominic.

"Good aim." He smiles.

Action - Showdown

Every shepherd has to be ready for wolves. He's chased off more than a few in his time, and killed them when he had to as well, though he never relished in it. This one is young, but not so young as to be considered a boy anymore. He's old enough to vote and drink, to make love and take life. If Exodus has to take his life tonight, he'll do so with a clear conscience.

That doesn't mean he particularly wants to take this youth's life, though Dominic might be forgiven for believing otherwise. Even in the most benign of situations Exodus is an imposing figure, but with the power that is his to command not cloaked, but flowing freely from his eyes and gathered in his hand, he is practically a sentinel of mutant supremacy.

"Forgive me for barring your way, boy," he says, and the apology is genuine, "... but you may go no further."

Dominic would consider himself the shepherd if he was consulted on the matter, tasked with protecting and preserving humanity from the many threats which stood against it. But then, he wouldn't pick quite that metaphor, because he tends to think of himself as a soldier.

After all, they are surely engaged in a war.

Dominic draws up, fingers itching to go to his sword or his throwing knives but for now he keeps them empty. "On what grounds would you stop me?"

Angst - Injury

It was in many ways a very minor wound. Not life-threatening at all, at least, Dominic was pretty sure of that. He could become more sure, possibly by going to the hospital, but that would involve a lot of questions he didn't particularly feel like answering and would really be a waste of time for what was probably a minor wound.

Which was why he was perfectly fine, and definitely not leaning very heavily upon the wall of this building, hoping it would just keep him up for a while longer. Maybe he just needed to catch his breath.

After a moment he let out a groan, sliding down along the wall.

People watching can lead to strange situations sometimes. Usually, he liked watching until he found someone he could take interest in drawing and then spend the rest of the time doing that. It's something that he enjoyed doing. It helped him with his art and his understanding of others... to a point, at least.

This time around, he found himself watching a man leaning against a wall as if something was wrong. His eyes continued watching the man. He could have walked over to see if he required help, but he found himself continuing to watch until he slid down the wall. Aah, so it was as bad as he thought it was. Looking around, he wondered if anyone else saw, but they were ignoring it.

Deciding to walk over, he was quiet and inconspicuous about it. His casual stroll over had him stop behind him and then turn to stand towards the side to make sure everyone else walks around them.

"Do you require aid or a doctor?"

Fluff - In the snow

[ The sight of so much falling snow and mounds of it piled taller than you fills you with DETERMINATION.

You've been given a free day off of school and other duties, so you've been wandering around parks, playing in the snow, making snow angels, building snowmen and snow dogs and really anything a small child can entertain themselves with.

It's in the middle of one of these activities that you overhear something strange going on nearby. A teenage boy and some other people, and something about art. But from what you can see, the other people seem uncomfortable for some reason, and the boy doesn't look like he understands why or even has the slightest notice of the discomfort he's causing others.

You think he probably doesn't understand and doesn't mean to. He doesn't look like a bad person, so, Frisk to the rescue! You puff out your chest proudly as you prepare a snowball, not too hard, you don't want it to hurt, and take careful, quiet aim-and BAM! You chuck the snowball right at the teenage boy's back of the neck to divert his attention away from whoever he's talking to and hopefully on to you.

You're nothing more than a beaming child, so proud of yourself, waving to take credit for the probably unwelcomed icy assault on the older boy. ]

It's by accident he's here, in this particular situation with someone he doesn't recognize, but he isn't inclined to break the door and leave. Not yet. There's something he needs to do, and there's still time to do it. So, he watches her move around, reaching out gently to steady her in the small space and keep them both upright to avoid tangling with the clothes hanging in the back. They're close enough and confined enough that he senses the warmth of her without really being conscious of it and finds it incredibly distracting. ]

[Peter was waiting in line behind some the man in the dark coat, when he picked up the strange fingertrap from a bin of candy. He had never seen one like this before. It had strange runes all over it.

He was playing with it, trying to figure it out, when the next thing he knew his finger was stuck in one end. He tried a couple of times to free his finger -- even pushing instead of pulling -- and couldn't get it free.

Next thing he knew he had bumped into the man in front of him. And by pure bad luck, when Loki turned, the other man got his finger stuck in the other end of the fingertrap] Well... fuck.
