[ lbr childhood trauma is a serious thing and is always trying his best to better himself but Snart is a flawed man. He will make mistakes, sometimes he won't feel like anything has changed and being the cold criminal he is he won't change very much something this drastic takes a lot of time it doesn't just happen overnight. The change happens gradually at a snails pace for this particular muse but you will be able to notice it in the way he cough-cares-cough for you

Little fun fact, he always strives to be the opposite of his father from where he was raised on broken promises to an equally broken heart and home- doesn't always work but the point is is that he TRIES.

The dark haired tech was still getting used to having him in her repair bay whenever he decided to come in for recharge or a check, but she wasn't jumping like the others still do on occasion whenever he decided to speak. While not afraid she was still cautious as she approached him with a gentle smile putting some trust in him to at least not run her over in the somewhat tight space.
