hunted

You wake up in the middle of a steaming jungle. You don't know where you are, or how you got there, but there's an unfamiliar sun in the sky and all signs suggest that you're not in Kansas any more. You need to survive; figure out what's going on; and maybe, just maybe, find a way to go home. There's just one problem.
Something is hunting you.
Prompts
1. Consciousness to sarcasm in five seconds. Rise and shine, you've just woken up in the middle of nowhere with no idea how you got there. On the bright side, you're not alone. Get to know your fellow
2. The road to nowhere. Have fun trudging through the jungle. How long 'til someone notices that it's been daylight for about 48 hours now, or that there's the wrong number of moons in the sky? Kiss your worldview goodbye.
3. Cry havoc! The hunters have set their dogs on you. Their deformed, alien monstrosity dogs. Do you run or fight? Work together or leave the others to their fate?
4. On a scale of one to "fucked"-- One of you is injured. Maybe it's fixable, or maybe it's fatal. Does the other choose to stay and help, to leave you for dead, or to put you out of your misery...?
5. Let's hope they last the night. Night has finally fallen. Time to find somewhere to hole up, grab some shuteye, and hope nothing sneaks up on you in the darkness. Sweet dreams.
6. The great escape. Here's your chance - whether by skill or luck, you've found where the hunters have set up camp. Think you've got what it takes to fly an alien ship? Of course that's assuming you live long enough to get inside. Maybe you should come up with a plan b, just in case...
7. But you've always been here. Congratulations, you're not dead yet. You've evaded the hunters for long enough that they've apparently assumed you starved, or fell into a swamp, or maybe they've just plain lost interest. And now there's fresh meat on the planet - a new batch of game for the hunters. You could help. The question is, will you?
8. Wildcard.

I'm thinking Wildcard on this one
Sunlight won't kill him, but he hates it. Now the hunting ground changes to familiar territory and the shadows writhe around him in anticipation. Whoever or whatever brought him here will now pay the price for abject stupidity.
Alucard comes across another cage that had dropped someone else to the planet. But this cage bears a familiar scent that only makes him laugh, long and low. ]
Come out, Priest. It seems our business is never finished.

Strange pets, stranger beings guiding them. None stood a chance against his blades as none had expected what they had brought upon themselves. Easy prey, a hunting game. From what he's seen, that's all this is. And while there may be no way for him to return, they would learn the fear of God for removing him from his divine purpose.
Concealed in growing shadows, contemplating how long the night would be after a day gone on for so long, he was close to a zen-like state when awareness of danger pricked once more, a presence growing closer. A familiar one, familiar words, that have his face splitting into a grin despite the circumstances.
Anderson emerges from his hiding place, blades glinting at his sides in the fading light, passive for now, but ready for whatever be necessary. ]
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. Looks like these beasts are even more daft and self-destructive than I had thought, bringing you of all monsters here as well.

Mmm, perhaps. But this is a trial, is it not? [ He pushes his glasses back into place, concealing the hellish red of his eyes again. ] And not one for us. No, not for us. [ Alucard muses and for the first time bothers to give thought to the situation. ] They're hunters. This is a proving ground. How cute.
[ Pulling his gaze back to the Priest, Alucard contemplates his options. The first and the most intriguing is to try to kill the man in front of him. These creatures had advanced weapons and sound tactics. They were stronger than humans, but still so damnably... mortal. Break through their technology and the fighting turns lamentably short.
But, fighting Anderson, while satisfying, won't get Alucard back to where he belongs and staying here will grow boring within a week. Two at most. ]
So, Priest, what shall we do? [ In one fast motion, Alucard levels the Casull at Andersion as a garish grin splits his face in heady anticipation. ] Do we try to kill each other? That would be pleasant. Or do we find our captors and teach them the error of their ways? I admit, I prefer the first option, but my Master will be cross if I play around too long.

Anderson does not flinch, nor does he raise his blades in turn. If the monster planned to shoot him, the battle would have already begun and if he were to posture in turn, there would be no turning back. Fighting Alucard would be the highlight of his time here, a thrill, a real challenge worthy of his blades, but it would accomplish nothing. They would only weaken each other, and then be forced to face the embarrassment that would be facing these pathetic creatures handicapped and perhaps even allowing them the upper hand they need to do harm unto them once they've rendered each other to shreds.
No, as much as it sickens him, there is only one path for them to choose. One he had planned to walk alone but would be just as well, perhaps smoother, with a monster at his side. ]
There'll be plenty of time to kill each other once we return, but, for now, I say we find where these pissants are hiding and show them what real hunters can do. They shall be delivered into the hand of their enemies and shall become prey and a spoil to all.
[ Because there are others who shall not be left behind, not if he can help it. Regardless of their sins or faiths, if they were to ask, he would be obliged to give them a chance to live and repent for what they have done. Near death experiences such as these have always been good tests of faith and open doors to the path to salvation, if only they'd be willing to learn.
He may be here longer than Alucard if he expects to accomplish such a goal, but that's alright with him. For he will still be doing God's work, even if it means postponing a fight he's already looking forward to. ]
So, the only question that remains is if we'll be going in blind, or if you've some idea of where to be heading first.

Tucking the Casull away, Alucard tilts his face into the wind. ] There are three humans to the south. [ He says after a moment. Their presence will have greater significance to Anderson. No doubt the Priest will give a damn about whether they live or die. To Alucard, they're bait and nothing more. ] And there's blood in the air. Closer than the humans, but on the way to them.
[ Alucard spares a glance at the cage, idly wondering just how many people these creatures dumped onto the surface. Then he moves, walking into the dense undergrowth with the same easy gait, but with each step he takes inky darkness races out, spreading across the ground like a spider's web. They merge into the shadows, seeking out signs that their hunters might be nearby. ] At least their cloaking technology is impressive.

If they want to observe and strike at the best moment, it's better for their prey to be focused on prey of their own instead of the shadows and silver growing and glinting behind them. ]
No matter how good one hides, it means nothing when hunted by those who don't need to see to strike them down where they stand.
[ Anderson isn't impressed by these creatures, not even remotely. Hellsing had a few fancy bits themselves, but that didn't make them any better or worthy of praise. A bit of advanced technology is laughable in the face of God's Divine Wrath. All it does is make the hunt more tedious, as they're not worthy enough to be considered interesting to him. ]
