Turmoil's taken time away from the bridge for a second, apparently unsolicited and surprise visit back to his quarters to see Fulcrum. The ship's day to day functioning is slow and tedious and boring, and he welcomes the heuristic of having Fulcrum around to care for and tend to. It lets him indulge in a part of himself he doesn't get to very often, and all they're really doing now is overseeing mining operations on the planet below for a brief stay.

He comes in without knocking, a small part of him hoping he'd find Fulcrum engaged in self service as he has in the past, but - only a small part. He's left some datapads, technical manuals, no idea how they worked, what they meant or realistically how long it would take to read through them for a quick processor like Fulcrum's
