THE LOVE CONFESSIONS MEME

Confessions of feelings are rarely as nice and romantic as they seem in the Hollywood flicks. Sometimes, they're screamed across an empty house as someone leaves. Others, they whispered across white pillow cases as bodies lie close together in the dark. Of course, these feelings may not be returned, but it may be the only shot you have.

If you even meant to spill, anyway.

How to Play
- Comment with your character, putting your information and preferences somewhere in the comment.
- Comment to other characters. Roll the RNG to get your prompt, or pick one.
- Play out the scene and take it whatever direction you'd like.
- Be cute and fun or sad and depressing.

Prompts

1. Planned: You've been planning to tell this person how you feel, and you know exactly the way to do it.

2. Spontaneous: Uh-oh, it just slipped out! Maybe you weren't thinking, maybe it was a fight, but somehow, your secret's out.

3. Heat of the Moment: What's better than calling someone's name out in the trows of passion? Why, telling them you love them, of course!

4. The Last Time: You're coming clean with your feelings because you're dying, moving away, leaving the planet, going to war, whatever. Might as well when you'll probably never see them again.

5. Jealousy: You've seen the one you love in the arms of another, and you just have to let your feelings be known so they don't end up with the wrong person! Selfish, what's selfish?

6. Drunk: A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts, so maybe you should be careful what you say, or you'll be telling your best friend you have the hots for her. Awkward.

7. Lie: You don't actually have feelings for this person, but you need them to believe that you do in order to use them, get something, or perhaps to not hurt their feelings.

8. Sweet: You confess...and they feel the same, and have wanted to say it for a while. Oh, how cute! Go on and enjoy your cute little romance.

9. One-sided: One of you confessed, but it's completely unrequited. Can you still be friends, or is that too painful?

10. Forbidden: Your love for this person is totally uncool - not allowed, even. But it has to be brought to light, preferably by you.

11. Unfulfilled: While you both love each other, you decided mutually that this can't go any further.

[ Toni couldn't waste time, anymore. She was dying, nobody else knew it but her, she was pulling the lone slinger act because this was what she was raised to do. To go through her own problems by herself. Her father was always so calculated, unforgiving and strict, for a long time she was afraid she'd end up just like her father and when everythings said and done, she's glad that she hasn't inherited his coldness. Her time was up and she just had to let the super soldier know that she didn't hate him. ]

Alright, so Lin had never really been good at the whole relationship deal. Ever since Tenzin had left she'd thrown herself into work and just hadn't seen a need for another person to round out her life. That was, until she'd met this new Avatar.

Even as a girl and later as a young woman, she had always been somewhat in awe of Uncle Aang. He seemed so full of raw energy, snd she had loved him dearly. When this new Avatar had surfaced, some part of her had been indignant, even if it was no fault of Korra's that the cycle continued. The more she learned of this young woman however, the more she was drawn. It wasn't so much the similarities to Aang that drew her, that undeniable roguish-ness, that light of mischief in her eyes, no. It was the differences that really seemed to tug at her.

Fighting by the girl's side she'd only been pulled closer. Of late, she'd been convinced that perhaps the Avatar herself felt the same way. It was in the little nuances of voice, and look, and touch. It was ludicrous, she knew it was, she was old enough to be Korra's mother and still have a few years left over. It had to stop. No matter what her incredibly aggravating emotions demanded, it simply could not go on, it wouldn't have been healthy, for either of them.

That was what she kept telling herself as she made her way to Air Temple Island and to the girl's room. Gathering herself with a deep breath, she knocked on the door and waited for an answer. This was either going to be very difficult or incredibly embarrassing.

[First they were on, then they were off, and then they were back on again. Aside from that brief rough patch near the beginning of their relationship it's actually been a fairly smooth and downright blissful last four, almost five months. Cassie's feelings have only been growing more intense, and despite her inexperience she's fairly certain that she knows exactly how she feels.

It's just that there hasn't been a good time to say so, and she hasn't been sure HOW. But Jaime had worked up the courage the first time to say that he liked her, she wanted to show some spine and put her feelings on the table this time.

She just... isn't sure what's a good way to do it.

So that's how you end up with Wonder Girl down in the memorial room, because heck, it seems like the ONE place in Mount Justice she can get some definite privacy, pacing and talking out loud to herself, trying to talk through it. Plan it out. DAMN IT Wonder Girl's don't do plans that great.]

Their attraction to each other is borderline dangerous. She's a human and he's a vampire. There's a line that two of them couldn't cross especially during the job. While she always kept an icy facade around him during work, and he kept his distance obeying her orders as his superior, he knew there's a side of her that goes unfulfilled.

Icy commander indeed. She is so beautiful.

When things are quite and the night is just beginning, the end of the day has drawn near. He made his move by being behind her and he said quietly. "This can't go on, you know?"
