1. First Meeting: You'll feel the spark almost on first sight. Yes, he's not your type. No, she's is a villain and your a hero. It doesn't matter. You can't chose these things.
2. Not Accepting: No, this person can't be it! They're so...so not what you've expected!
3. We Belong Together: You've decided to come together, like it's intended, and you're reaping the benefits.
4. Like Ships in the Night: The obligatory sex option. The two of you are cementing your bond in the most traditional of ways, and you'll soon learn that sex with others can't compare to sex with someone who's completely yours.
5. Stronger as Two: In battle or in life, the two of you combined are unstoppable.
6. There's Someone Else You've met your soulmate...but you're with someone else. Now that you know your other half is out there for sure, can you keep that up?

There's only one guard as usual—he has been observing the place for a few days now and it seemed to be always the same. They changed at nine in the morning and nine in the evening.

Niles definitely wouldn't let the chance of taking advantage of the guard's exhaustion slip by just like that. That's why he decided to sneak in just before dawn—he didn't expect to stay long inside, anyway. His plan, however simple, was flawless...until the guard decided to walk into the vault and check if everything was all right. They never did that, so why would he come tonight? Because of that, nothing was all right, not for Niles' at least.

The fact that his chest glowed in the dark only made everything worse. Oh, he knew what that was about. The question is whether the guard realized that too. Potentially, he could use this to his advantage...somehow. Maybe. ]

[ For me, the best kind of soulmate AUs are when the people involved are in terrible positions to be destined for each other. Take, for example, that June is possessed by an evil entity and requires a handler/keeper/security detail to protect herself and everyone, should she be involved in anything. So, consider - her and her handler are soulmates, a fact they figure out upon first meeting.
