[ So. That whole Tindr incident, amirite? That was awkward and frustrating and embarrassing and after staring at his phone all night as if it would magically make Monica call him and be over him being a jackass he had called her the next morning as if pretending nothing had happened. ... Which probably led to more arguments and/or hurt feelings but eventually that was just. Buried. Ayame's and/or Koizumi's intervention may have been involved.

But now, Monica and him are one of their patented road trips, though admittedly the destination they're heading towards is hazy even by his standards. It's more than a day's venture all things told though, more of a long weekend and, ultimately, more of an excuse to spend time with her than anything. The thing of it is, it's late, she's been driving a lot, and so without a hotel or anything to pull into, we're just intending to sleep in the back of the car.

She puffs up, trying to look all serious about the situation but, quite honestly, she looks too adorable to pull off what she calls 'the adult' look. She saw Noctis doing a similar pose a few days ago and decided to subconsciously copy him because it looked cool on him.] It's smoking a lot.. gross.

During her many decades of living on this planet, she still didn't quite understand the technology of this world. Cars were alien to her, (scary) sometimes but they did the job when it came to getting them from point A to point B. The one thing she enjoyed about riding in a car was feeling the wind ruffle her fur when she returned back to her fox form. Yobi takes the moment to glance around, taking in the long stretch of road ahead of them and the occasional splash of greenery surrounding the pair. They were miles away from a city and their mode of transport just so happened to decide to conk on them while they were driving. What a way to start out a road trip, huh?]
