How to Play
- Comment with your character and preferences.
- Mention if you'd rather play the guardian angel or the guarded.
- Tag others.
- Use the RNG to determine your fate.
Prompts
- Watching: You've been watching this person as long as both they and you have been in this world. Maybe over years, maybe suddenly, things aren't the same when you look at them.
- Guilt: You realized that these pesky emotions are growing and you know this is against everything you know to be true. Your kind cannot love, and even if you could, this is wrong. You have known this person their entire life and thinking of them as more is unacceptable.
- Terrible Angel: You're not angelic at all and fail neatly at almost all the benchmarks, but when it comes to the one you guard, you don't folly.
- Righteous Fury: Usually, angels must be removed and impassive. You see your charge mistreated, though, and you lose control.
- Relegated to Guardian Angelhood: You used to be much more important, of a greater choir of angel. Then, you screwed up and got pushed down into the ranks of guardian angel. It would be easy to be bitter towards your charge. You aren't, for some reason.
- Can't Be Seen: The person you care for the most can't see you. It's typical angel protocol, yet you can't help but want to make yourself noticeable.
- Affecting Your Work: Your growing and sometimes erratic emotions make your job harder. You're getting sloppy. You may even allow your charge to be hurt or allow yourself to be conspicuous.
- Jealousy: You saw your charge with someone else and it...it really ruffled your feathers. Maybe you lost your cool. Hopefully, that won't mean bad mojo for the other person involved. No one would be any wiser if you made their head more attractive to bird droppings, though.
- Kiss: Can you kiss someone when you technically have no lips? They might just feel a pleasant breeze; still, you're kissing them, and this is...nice.
- How They'd Like You to Look: You've decided to make yourself known to them, and you want your appearance to be to their liking.
- Inhabiting the Vessel They Love: A bit more sinister than the above, but also somewhat practical. They already love this body, anyway.
- Revealing Yourself: You're taking the big step and coming into their life as an actual, tangible presence. Of course, "I'm your guardian angel" rarely gets the response you hope.
- Stay with You: You promise that you'll stay by their side always, now as a physical companion.
- Confessions: No matter the costs, you're revealing your true feelings.
- Deciding to be More: It's dangerous, it's unheard of; however, both of you want to become more than just angel and charge.
- Intimacy Without a Corporeal Form: They know you're there even when you're not in human form, and they want to touch you. This can be a smut option, but it doesn't have to be.
- Intimacy With a Corporeal Form: You're beginning to learn what it's like to be intimate with them while you're in this new form. Again, this can be a smut option, but it doesn't have to be.
- Wings: Letting someone touch your wings is the ultimate show of trust and, in angel terms, one of the closest things you have to sexuality.
- Called to the Mat: Your higher-ups have learned of your sins. Now, you're on trial. Will you deny your charge?
- Not Officially Yours: Problem number one: you're in love. Problem number two: it's with some other angel's charge.
- Second Chance: As previously stated, most guardian angels are created for that one special person. However, some angels whose charges have died young are allowed a second chance. Will this new person ever replace your old?
- Protection: Now is time to do the guarding - by any means necessary, especially now, after realizing just what your charge means to you.
- Fallen: Because of your sins, you've lost favor. You've been stripped of your heavenly grace and you've fallen.
- Immortal: You must deal with the implications that your charge will die and you will be sent on to a new heavenly job.
- Failed: You didn't do enough. You let yourself slip, and now your charge is dying. They were more than just a charge, so you must do what you can to let their soul pass on in the most peaceful manner possible. But can you let go?

Steve Rogers | MCU
LMK if you want changes. First thing that popped in my head.
And then, along came Steve.
Steven Grant Rogers who was small and sickly and decided to spit into the face of fate by getting his ass kicked almost daily, just to prove he was more than what people saw. He was insufferable and nearly impossible to keep safe, even with James Buchanan (Bucky, as Steve had named him) adopting a human form to try to exert some sort of friendly pressure upon him. No, even then he had a fondness for getting into trouble and a wicked smile that promised Bucky every single time he saw it that he was going to have to save his charge's life again. He was a disaster. The worst charge anyone could ever have. A damned punk and utter idiot.
And Bucky fell completely in love with him.
Thousands of years Bucky had never had that problem before. It was the greatest of all the taboos an angel could possibly break. But he just couldn't stop himself. Steve was...incredible. And by the time he had been taken into some special program that changed him for this war that Bucky despised, he would have gladly died for him a hundred times over. He would have ripped out every feather on his back to fall and be mortal if it meant he could be with Steve the rest of his life.
And the other angels knew it.
So he was taken. One moment he was on the train with Steve, fighting alongside him as he always had as his best friend and his protector. The next, he was being dragged down, off the side of it, pulled down by his own kind, invisible to Steve. And so Bucky Barnes seemingly died, that day, falling into a cliff before his friend's very eyes. If only he really had. Death would have been kinder.
He could have been killed. Could have been declared fallen. But instead, the angels made an example of him. They made him watch as Steve was killed, crashing into the frozen water. And only after that was he dragged away for retraining. All of it geared to burn away every memory of Steve he'd ever had along with every single useless emotion he'd learned. Forcing him to do the bidding of archangels. Doing horrible things that were 'in the greater plan' but that he'd never truly agreed with. He'd tried to fight it. Tried to hold onto all the memories he'd had. The vision of Steve's face. But Steve was gone. He was dead and gone forever.
So what was the point?
Seventy years. Seventy years and Angel James Buchanen was no longer a guardian angel. He'd been burned from the inside out and reforged into a warrior. A soldier of heaven with the single-minded goal of following his orders. Which was what led him here, now.
The Soldier stood in the center of the road, staring impassively at this man with a shield before him. His mission was to eliminate him at all cost and that was what he was going to do. The'd fought hard already. The Soldier was going to win, but this target had skill. His mask was broken so he lifted the arm forged with angelic steel to pull it off and let it fall to the ground. No more messing around. The mission had to end.
Bucky rearranged his grip on his knife and started forward, ready to kill.
This is lovely!
The rest of him...that's a different story. He handles grief poorly. Likely Bucky saw that firsthand when Steve's mother died. He doesn't like things he can't change with the force of his fierce little will. He doesn't like losing that which he depends on.
If he had known Bucky was an angel, having been carried off to Heaven the hard way rather than delivered there peacefully as a blessed resting soul, there's a good chance he'd have done whatever it took to get there and save him, as if that would be a reasonable ambition for a mortal man. All he knew back then was that his best friend, his blue-eyed boy, was lost to him forever.
Seven decades later, he's still not over it, but he has a duty. A job to do is enough to live for. Why this stranger is in his way, he can't even begin to guess, and he doesn't especially want to fight--he gets no joy out of bloodshed, never has, but he hates bullies--but lives are at stake, and he has no choice.
Until the mask falls to the ground, and the world shifts around him. Steve has been holding his shield close, half weapon and half extra armor, but his arm goes nerveless at the sight of the familiar face he all but drops it. This can't be happening.
"Bucky?" Is the only thing he can think to say, and it's an almost pathetic contrast to the ferocity of his earlier attacks. If anything, he sounds like a skinny kid from Brooklyn, not Captain America.

Jyushimatsu Matsuno | Osomatsu-san | OTA
we making our own rules, but a little of 23 for oso
what does he do nowadays? mostly he hangs around the church to bother the Priest, or sits beside the Goddess' lake. he waits for people to offer their souls up to him, but that doesn't happen in this town all that often because of the Priest's influence. he's so attached to this town, though, so he hangs around it as often as he can, even though it's not his jurisdiction.
whatever! he does what he wants!
today, he wants to bother the church, maybe play pranks on the Nun or the Choir Boy. the Devil is hiding behind a corner, his tail swishing as he grins and watches the people come and go]

He and Osomatsu are not sworn enemies, but he'd been watching him, wary of any bad move the devil might pull out. And perched from the top of his favourite tree, he spots the devil hiding behind a corner, seemingly up to no good.
With his golden mace in hand, Jyushimatsu leaves his spot, his pure white wings flapping to the wind and gently carrying him to destination. He lands behind Osomatsu, feet slowly touching the ground. He tries the casual approach, using his especially loud voice to grab Osomatsu's attention. ]
Good morning, Devil-san!!! What are you doing over there?
