[Okay. Well, if you're okay with it I was actually leaning more towards Poe just because I haven't gotten to play him a lot lately. It doesn't have to be deeply shippy. It can be based off the fanon idea that they also sort of 'grew up' together. I mean, I play Poe as caring deeply for Ben no matter what. In the background that you have with Ben I would likely have Poe working as a pilot for the New Republic, though if he gets any idea that the Empire/First Order are trying to reform he'd be one of the first to jump ship into the Resistance. He'd probably also fly with Ben sometimes, if you're okay with that. He's pretty much had a crush on Ben since he was young in the 'they knew one another growing up' idea. Otherwise he would find Ben attractive and probably do his best to weasel under his skin until they ended up as friends or more.]

Ben was kind of a weird kid and wouldn't have had a lot of friends even if not for the extra precautions his family took to try to keep it on the downlow exactly who Darth Vader was to them, and with Poe being a couple years older and presumably somewhat more mature, Ben would've just taken it as him looking out for someone he thought needed it, if that makes sense.))

[ So, Jackson? Not really known for being a nice guy. Oh, sure, he was amazing to Charlie. But even she had her limits on how often he was an outright ass to other people. So she stopped talking to him, stopped spending time with him. Explained why and left it at that. What he did with that information, it was up to him. Whether he ran with it and tried to improve or kept on with his usual behaviors, that was up to him.

Charlie was going to continue on with her life, continue work at the small coffee shop and book store in Beacon Hills and keep her online high school courses going and wait out what Jackson did.

At present, she's at her place of employment, but not to work. Today's a day off and a study day and here she can be found with a blueberry croissant (her favorite) and a cup of Jasmine Green Tea in a mug that says But First, Coffee on the front, peeking outside the window long enough to spot Jackson heading her way.

Not that she minds. She's missed him quite a bit and watches the door for his arrival. ]

[Jackson? Is pretty much a shit. He could be nice to Charlie with no problems, but anyone else and he was a complete opposite. He didn't blame her at all for being mad at him, but he wasn't going to start changing who he was for a girl. So she'd left. And he didn't chase her.

And boy did he regret it.

Sometimes he would come by the coffee shop, when she was busy. Other times he's keep an eye on her. He never bothered her. He could see her, even now, peeking out of the window of the shop. He hesitated, almost not even going in.

But the lure of caffeine was too strong. Jackson makes his way inside, heading up to the coffee bar to get a well needed shot of java or two. He stares over at her, really, really wanting to approach her. And yet, he doesn't. He thinks she hates him. Or, at least doesn't want to talk to him. He sighs, focusing back on waiting for his coffee.]

[ As long as he regretted it and came back, Charlie saw that as a sign that maybe he was going to work on his behavior. She hoped so. She loved being around him, but she also liked having friends and with how Jackson behaved, they were a bit difficult to be around when Jackson was in the picture.

Watching him from her spot at her table, she closes her laptop up after a moment, packs away and heads over. Pulling herself up into the stool next to him, she's quiet for a moment before speaking. ]
