I wanna see a game for Fighting Game-universe characters! Whether they be from Street Fighter or Tekken or Mortal Kombat or DOA or Soul Calibur or whatever; a place where all of the brawlers and other people within their universes can clash would be super sweet.

I believe that there are certain meme makers out there who really need to take a step back and look over their memes before posting them. Many of them have potential but are worded or set up in such a way that makes it VERY difficult if not impossible to tag to.

But I think with a little love and a little more thought and maybe even more help or input from other members of the DWRP community many of these unplayable memes could possibly become very popular and very fun to play in!

So to those certain meme makers just please next time before you hit the post button just take a few minutes to look over the content of the meme. Five minutes of rereading and careful editing could make all the difference in turning a mediocre meme into an amazing one.

And this post, by the way, is in no way waking. So if it becomes screened or deleted I will just know that there are cowards out there who can not take even the most delicately of administered crit.

Sometimes I wonder if meme makers who screen a load of comments sit at their computers and schlick to the comment count that only they can see, basking in the fantasy that they're really popular and their meme was really a huge success and not a big unpopular flop.

Don't have anyone in mind really, just wondering.

Unpopular opinion here, but I think people who complain about others ~stealing memes~ are being stupid.

You post a meme for people to play in, not to get popularity points. Who cares who posted it? Do people even pay attention to who posted a meme? I sure as hell don't and I sure as hell don't care, as long as the meme is a fun concept and there are people to tag. But when people wank about it, the meme will get reposted and no one will want to touch it with a ten-foot-pole.

For super complex or original memes, okay, a little "Created by ____" isn't too much to ask, but having to ask permission? If you say no, they'd probably still want to post it anyway, and if you would say yes to anyone who asked, what fucking point is there in asking outside of a vigorous ego stroking?

I don't track this comm enough to know if it's been done, but how about a Six Word Stories meme?

I know there's a comm for it, but that would just attract SWS regulars, and not everyone wants to make a post in a comm somewhere else. Just a meme where instead of posting who you are and what canon you're from, you post a 6 word sentence lead in, and people tag based on that/

I don't know, I just think that trying to come up with memes where people have more reason to tag outside of "This character/canon has a pretty icon" would be a nice break in pace when compared to a lot of the RNG memes. Not that there's anything wrong with RNG memes, but as someone who doesn't know a lot of canons, I usually just end up sticking to castmates.
