Grooming is an important part of many species' rituals. It keeps them clean, healthy, and content. And a good bath? It can change the whole tone of a day from terrible to relaxed and blissful. But nudity is sometimes viewed as a weakness - and it is almost always sexualized - so bathing is often kept a private matter. If you do share these moments with someone, they're almost always a significant other or a sexual partner. Like you're doing now. Whether it be after a battle or after sex (or before sex, even), the two of you are going to get clean. Be sure to help each other out with that, won't you? [ The tub in Ann's apartment is a little cramped for two people, with the both of them sitting sitting on opposite sides but their knees still touching somewhere in the middle. However, it at least affords them the kind of privacy that the bathhouse near Cafe Leblanc can't (for a multitude of reasons, Morgana being the primary one). The hot water feels exceptionally good on his aching muscles after a long day spent traversing down into the deepest depths of Mementos, and is a pleasant contrast from the cold damp of the rain outside. ]

there's probably something funny about david watching the tub fill up with water, sitting on the toilet seat cover as he adjusts the temperature. there's a first aid kit open on the sink counter nearby which he bypasses for now, taking up the hand towel to soak in the warm water instead. ]

[ Hank‘s still just standing in his own bathroom like an idiot, the shower curtain drawn all the way closed to keep water from splashing onto the floor. He’s got a washcloth, still dry, in one hand. There’s a pair of tweezers in the other, which he frowns down at.

He’s also still fully dressed, though now it’s in a sweatpants and an ancient band shirt that says RICHTER MORTIS across the front in faded letters. There’s blood—not his—sprayed across the discarded clothes that are currently already tossed in Hank’s washing machine two rooms away.

He’d gotten a good shot in at tonight’s red ice dealer. Just not before Connor had been shot.
