| You might be the biggest curmudgeon in the known universe, just as prickly as a porcupine. Perhaps you're on the other end of the spectrum, cool like a cucumber and never letting anyone get to you. They're not worthy of your time. Still, despite what the case may be, you have one little weak spot. The person you love gets all the sweetness and kindness you have, which admittedly may not be too much, and in your rare moments together, many would be shocked at how you behave. In fact, your special person might not even know that you can be grumpy outside of your encounters! Well, goes to show that everyone doesn't know everything about you, do they?

"Hey, kid. It's me."

She's not expecting anyone, but she doesn't startle when she hears his knock. Instead, she pauses and then spins slowly in her chair. "Pretty sure you're the last person I should be letting in, Big Bad."
But she does. She opens the window and steps aside. She'd never appreciated how small she was before.

"You're being naughty, letting the bad guy into your dorm." He flashed a smirk before looking around the dorm room. "Figured I'd pay a visit since I was in the neighbourhood.. Nice little place y'got here, Pandora."
Her homework catches his eye and he steps closer to take a better look. "What's this thing?"

The screen on her little robot turns on, a 16 bit face blinking back before disappearing.
Hello. I am Tinpenny. scrolls across the screen.

He even has a sense of humour. The tiny robot fascinates him, blinking it's greeting text at him. This Pandora really is both smart and good with her hands. Maybe Victor will ask her help again in the future.
"Tinpenny huh? Cute.. But yeah, I'm not here on shady business if that's what you're worried about. You're not my enemy."
no subject
"I'm not worried." That's an honest answer. She's not worried, but she wasn't worried the last time she almost met an untimely end, so that's probably not the best indicator of safety. "Why are you here, Mr. Creed?" She's so prim, watching him from the middle of the room.
no subject
"Good, you shouldn't be. I'm here to see you, Pandora. I miss your witty company and your teasing." He chuckles, stepping a little closer.

New phone? First text from Pandora.
It was more interesting than the late twenty something, early thirty somethings that made up her 'peers'.
Rapid cell regeneration like his, and Logan's (how had she missed the link there?) was safer for her telepathy. Hard to download a feral's brain without effort. It's part of the reason she adored Laura so much.
So she doesn't move. Because she's not afraid. "It must be terribly boring, dealing with the ground pounders for so long."

Victor surprised himself with how he enjoyed someone else's company. Up until then he'd enjoyed the life of a hermit. Minimal contact, especially to humans. Pandora could probably tell why he despised the homo sapiens so much.
"Oh you've no idea.. They think they're better than us with their guns and their injections.. Their little machines."
A look of disgust flashed in the feral's eyes as he spoke of his enemies.

"Hey.. You okay?"
He frowns, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. A certain protective sense had awakened in Victor since the day she saved him.

She's pretty sure John would have to start a line of people who'd want to shake some sense into her.
Her step away is to grab the old Panera loyalty card from the desk, before she walks across the hall. The occupant is away - at the rec center, probably, so she slides the card between the frame and the door, pushing down until the door clicks open. The strong remnants of Axe body spray surges into the hall and she covers her nose to sneeze.

The strong smell reaches Victor's keen nose and he's covering it too. Did the kid pour entire bottles of aftershave on himself when he goes out? It certainly seems that way.
He waits patiently for Pandora to return, trying to ignore the invasion on his sense of smell.
The brutal bad guy Victor Creed behaving like a caring, protective mate. He had to admit to himself that Pandora was a beautiful young woman and pleasant to be around.
no subject
Creed does not appear to be uncomfortable.
She comes back with pair of cold Taddy Porters. She holds them up, before setting them next to him on the desk. "He's a tool, but he has good taste in beer." There's a shrug, as she tugs her storage ottoman from under the bed, sitting primly on it herself. He could have the desk chair, but she didn't want to give him the wrong idea by sitting on the bed.
no subject
"Good taste indeed."
He takes a seat on the chair, opening a beer and handing it to her. "Ladies first." A gentleman's manners existed even in Victor Creed, despite his bad reputation.
no subject
"Thank you." She accepts the opened beer, taking a careful sip. Beer wasn't her go-to drink. In reality, she's a bit of a teetotaler. Or, she was now, since John had threatened to let their adoptive mother know what she was up to.
"I think this is the part where I fail at making small talk. I've been just talking to an AI for ... weeks."
no subject
He chuckles softly, noticing soon that Pandora wasn't really a beer kinda girl. He finished his own in a short moment, squeezing the empty can in his hand.
"Have you been savin' any more unlucky mutants?"
no subject
"And no, Mister Creed, you have the distinction of being the only mutant who's been rescued." Her lips tilt up into something of an amused smirk. The idea of someone as petite as she is saving someone like Victor Creed is a bit funny, really. "Despite what my brother and his girlfriend get up to with the X-Men, I'm not trying to be a hero."
no subject
"Your brother's with the X-Men? You're full of surprises huh?"
Victor wondered, of course, if said brother had been talking to his estranged little brother. He could always go and take a look around.
"I'm honoured to be the first. Usually I'm fine by myself but those humans were too damn clever."
