The Body Heat Meme



Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

The Doctor went about his usual repairs in the TARDIS, keeping in mind, that he had a human on board. Everything just had to be running right. No matter what he did, she would not regulate the temperature, as a human needed, especially when they were deep in galaxies and universes, far away from Earth.

"As much as you might think, she's still human, old girl," he grumbles.

Giving up for the time being, he goes to the top deck to fix her a cup of tea and make sure he could find some blankets in the wardrobe.

This whole thing was brilliant, and Rose was still trying to wrap her head that she was in an actual spaceship. She was pretty sure that would never get old. It would help if someone turned on the heat, but she did have a hoodie that she was keeping herself wrapped in for now.

It wasn't the warmest, but for now she kept to herself, looking through one of the random rooms she found, one of many. Popping her head out when she thought she heard him, Rose greeted him with a smile. "Fixed it?" She asked hopeful.

Rose has been in the TARDIS before...Are we doing an AU?

"Wellll...sort of, I guess. I might need another part. That and she's not co-operating as much as I'd like," he scowls at the ship. She blinks her lights and makes what sound like a few admonishing sounds from the main console.

"Ay, I'm trying to repair you, you're not co=operating," he argues.

Realizing what he was doing and how ridiculous that might seem to a human, he stops what seems like a one sided conversation. He clears his throat, acknowledging the awkward situation.

"So, for now Rose? Plenty of blankets and warm tea," he says, hoping that will be enough. He's not warm blooded and as human as he seems.
