The Body Heat Meme



Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.

Lotor sighed. He knew Jean wasn't happy about this, but it made more sense to come to a planet no one would willingly go to in order to hide.

"There's no need to patrol. Come in here and we shall start a fire. Nothing lives here, which is why I chose this location. Should we be pursued the sensors will pick up anything entering the atmosphere."

Of course it made more sense, but it was still too freaking cold. Why didn't they armor come with some sort of winter options- Oh right, because those were somewhere they couldn't go.

"I was more worried about wild animals or something like that." No planet was truly empty. "... but I don't want to freeze to death either so I'll trust that we'll hear those in time too."

At least it wasn't windy inside on top of cold. He huffs as he moves further into the cave.

The armor did have some winterization, but they'd done away with it, as no landings on planets in their winter cycles had been anticipated. Still, surprise landings in what amounted to surprise locations did indeed happen.

"As far as I am able to determine, the cave is close barring the front opening. Should give us ample time to prepare if some creature happens upon us, but I would venture to guess that the likelihood of such increases the longer you stay in easy viewing."

That miiiiight have been the hint of a smile.

"Here, there were some ration bars in the compartment in my armor. You need the nutrients more than I."

Remind him to be always prepared for something like this to happen. He doesn't want to feel this cold ever again.

Jean notices the small hint and blushes just a tiny bit. Then he hesitates, but accepts one of them. "We both need them, even if different amounts, so you should eat too... and uh... this blanket is big enough for two."

Lotor would definitely do his best to have more provisions for the two of them, when he could. For now, though...

"Is it? Hmmm, it may be the best course of action for us to share it as well as the sustenance, then."

Jean blushes a bit more. At least his face is getting warm with the amount of embarrassment he feels.

"Y-Yeah. I'd offer it just for you, but I don't think I'd survive and... well, what's the harm in huddling closer for warmth... it's an emergency."

The blush was rather adorable, he had to admit.

"There would be no sense in that regardless. You know as well as I that body heat is important in situations of this sort, do you not? I know i ordered you to go through training before becoming my general and I cannot imagine they would leave such a lesson out..."

Yes, Jean, your Prince is trolling you. Now come cuddle him.

Dang it, what a trolling Prince. Jean huffs, moving closer and wrapping the blanket around Lotor while coming as close to the man as possible.

"Of course I know", he murmurs.
