Post with your character! They're now stuck in a very cold place of your choice. It can be anything, such as a freezing chamber, a cavern or a small cabin in the midst of a blizzard. The choice is up to you.
Comment around! Now your character has some company in this bone-chilling environment. The two of them share two things in common: clothes completely unfitting for this weather (be they summer clothes or even lingerie) and a blanket.
A blanket? Yes, just one warm blanket and no other ways to escape the cold. The two of them will have to share it in order to stay alive in this weather. Don't worry, you're sure to find a common language in this terrible situation!
So, uh, have fun, I suppose. Try to not freeze to death!
Protip: friction and body heat are both excellent ways to fend off cold.
Allura | Voltron: Legendary Defender
ICE PLANET MAYBE? idk seems easiest and most tropey
Allura. The Blue Lion had been tailing him, as this was intended to be a diplomatic meeting. However, they hadn't gotten to the rendezvous point. One of the factions against his rule had surprised them both. As he'd careened through whatever part of the system they'd been closest to, he had heard Blue roaring...
His comm system wasn't operational, but rerouting wires was something he'd learned young. Finally picking up at least static, he called for her rather urgently as his eyes adjusted to the atmosphere.
Snow. And ice, and a good deal of both. But some blue metal, not terribly far from him...
He managed to somehow get himself out of his harness and seat, setting out to assist her.
hoth here we come
They both suffered from that short-sightedness.
Allura gasped, coming to in the cockpit. The harness had kept her in place, though she was disoriented, dizzy. Looking around as her mind began to clear, she could tell part of that was due in no small part to the fact that the Blue Lion was its side as she strained heavily to the left in her seat. She heard some static--was that?
Gritting her teeth, Allura reached out to tap at the metal of the main control panel. None of the holographic screens were prompted to load. Not a good sign.
She tapped her helmet instead.
"...Lotor?"
heck yeah
He was nearing the massive bulk of the lion's head when he heard her voice on the comm, and was infinitely grateful for the sound.
"I am just outside your lion. Are you injured?"
He appeared not to be, save for the blood leaking down the side of his face. But head wounds always bled more than others, and he was more worried about his dizziness than anything.

"I...I'm fine."
All things considered. At least as much as she could tell. Sore--she felt sore, but the Lions are tough and made for impact. She must have crashed hard to knock it out like this. She couldn't hear Blue's voice in her head.
"Visuals are down. I'll try to open--..."
A few quick commands to the main console and the Blue Lion's mouth opened, dragging along the snow in its sideways position.

Walking into a Lion of Voltron with the permission of its Paladin was so surreal Lotor wondered if he might be dreaming. His head had taken a lot of impact, his ship not nearly as armored for it as Voltron's were, so perhaps...
But no. The path to the cockpit was easy enough to navigate even with no lights to guide him, and he made his way to Allura relatively quickly, all things considered. The main hindrance had to do with the Lion being on its side, but he'd maneuvered through far worse.
"Visuals aren't necessary here, I'm afraid. It's a vast expanse of white and that alone."
He brought a small knife from his armor to cut her free, apologizing to the great metal beast in his mind before crouching next to Allura.
"My ship is completely unresponsive as well, I'm afraid. It looks as though we may be stuck here for a bit. I...forgive me, Princess. I should have taken far more precautions."

She could hear Lotor's approach and needed to twist a little awkwardly to look at him.
"...It was my mistake as well. We didn't anticipate being intercepted this far out." Reports had indicated that it would have been a slightly roundabout, but arguably safer path. Honestly, she was taking it a little personally--she should be more than capable of handling this on her own. And yet...
"I don't think that will be necessary," she started, indicating his knife. However, her attempts to unbuckle her harness were unsuccessful. "...All systems must be on emergency lockdown."

"There is no point dwelling on it. The past is the past, and we must do what we can to solve the issues of the present. I realize it is not an ideal situation, but both of us have survived much worse."
He made his way to her pilot's seat, her words bringing a bit of a smile to his face as she realized she could not unbuckle the harness manually.
"Yes, hence the knife. I am sorry, but unless you'd like to stay trapped, it needs to be done."
no subject
"You're right."
Though, in all honesty, she will spend some time later mentally berating herself and trying to think of how she could have done better. Something so simple has put them both in jeopardy, and considering the already tumulus nature of the trust put in this alliance, any mistake can weigh heavily against them.
But first things first...
"...Very well. Thank you." Her hand rubs on the armrest as if in apology to the Blue Lion. She'll be repaired. Allura braces herself against the seat so she won't go tumbling once he cuts her loose.

She had been disciplined. Fiona waited until a Pteras was prepared, though no one else could be deployed with her, and made sure to tell others at the base where she was going before she zipped off all by herself like an inquisitive insect. The Guardian Force would understand. Fiona just did these things, after all. Chasing echoes of her maybe-past.
But that light she had seen wasn't a meteorite, It waasn't a Zoid she had a maybe-memory of. What exactly it had become faded from Fiona's sight as the Pteras circled the landing site, landing daintily near a mesa. Its pilot emerged, and without thought she rushed over to what seemed to be an escape pod, similar to what she woke up in. After so many years in the desert, and many more under the doctor's tutelage, she knew how cold it got at night. That pod wouldn't stay warm for long.
Fiona tapped on the glass surface, a smile already on her face.]
Are you awake?
my childhood is back
But first things first. The impact was enough to knock her out for a good minute or two. Allura was slowly coming to when she heard the tapping--distant, at first, then the reverberation seemed to echo in her skull.
Allura groaned, reaching up to touch her forehead as she opened her eyes. ]
...What?
[ This wouldn't be the first time she's woken up to see a strange face either, but... ]
...Yes.
[ The pod had survived the impact fairly well. The woman's face that hovered above the pod was being analyzed, a breakdown of her facial structure, along with basics about the atmosphere, the approximate location of where she had landed on this planet in a system she didn't visit often. How far out had she been sent?
Well, the error was breathable. She taps a few commands to shut down the screen, then another button at her left. ]
Please step back.
[ The hatch began to open. ]
