The Highlander is large enough that his fingers overlap when he quite suddenly grabs her upper arm roughly. His crass insults and accusations were easy enough to ignore, but an invasion of her personal space is another matter entirely. I do not understand the point of this.

[ only, they've already traveled back in time. they've been sent to the taisho era which seems about as colorful as the two of them next to each other, really. hasebe, of course, doesn't ask questions and souza is pretty sure at this point the saniwa could tell hasebe to do just about anything. souza, on the other hand...at least waited to complain after they arrived. ]

[ this was a bad idea. this was such a bad, bad idea. yes, Hinakawa was technically a police officer. having being part of the Public Security Division, he was part of a task force to keep surveillance of potentially harmful people or groups. but Hinakawa had joined in as an analyst, his focus on cybersecurity and pharmaceutics. being a field agent, and an undercover one at that, was something completely out of his depth. but... his superior, Akane, had asked him to do this. there was no one else... and Hinakawa could never say no to his "big sister".

Han Joon-gi was the owner of a host club called Stardust, and a potential member of a Korean mafia. Hinakawa was tasked to come in contact with the man, see if his ties were indeed to the Asian mafia, and find out what they planned to do in Japan.

Hinakawa had managed to come in contact with him and secured an... outing. (Han had said it was a date, but Hinakawa told himself it was just an outing) and today was the day. having arrived at the meeting place 30 minutes early, Hinakawa nervously fiddled with the edge of his sleeves, mentally trying to calm himself down. to not forget his training. his goal today was to become a little more closer to Han and slowly gain trust. ]
