[ Though some world hopping shenanigans, Link has ended up on Earth in a Waffle House where his ruppees have proven to be completely useless when it comes to purchasing food and other goods. The thing is that Link, for all intents and purposes, is a Good Boy, but he is also a Hungry Boy. He needs to make sure that he gets regular meals if he ever wants to break five feet in height.
Which brings him here: with a cloth bag over his head and shoulders (he's cut out holes for his eyes) to disguise him as he sneaks around the restaurant, somehow infiltrating the kitchen where one lonely cook is grumbling about.
He'd waited until the dead of the night to strike, but apparently WaHo is 24/7??? Capitalism is truly the worst.
Anyway, he moseys around to the best of his ability until he happens across a shiny bottle that's caught his eye. There's a tense moment where he has to tiptoe past Shinji, but he manages eventually, grabbing the bottle triumphantly and holding it above his head, waiting for the jingle to play.
