The STUCK ON A DESERTED ISLAND meme

You're on a deserted island. Far from civilization and any decent wi-fi. It's pretty much what it says on the tin. Maybe you took a wrong turn while out at sea, or you got shipwrecked. Whatever happened, you're stranded here, but at least you've got company.
WHAT DO:
- Leave a comment with your character. You can write your own prompt/s if you want. Indicate your preferences, if any.
- Tag other people. If they left no prompts, use the randomizer.
- ???
- Profit.
PROMPTS:
1 - Where am I? Congratulations, you just survived a...whatever calamity it was that brought you here! Side effects may include disorientation, exhaustion, and exposure to the elements. Better start moving before the sea decides that it wants to keep you.
2 - I'm hungry. You'd better start looking for food while you're at it. And try not to end up as food for the local wildlife. If you don't know how to hunt or forage, it's time for a crash course.
3 - The bare necessities. Some things don't grow on trees or swim freely in the sea. You'll have to improvise and start building anything else you need.
4 - Exploring! You gotta admit, you're curious about what lies beyond the sand and the palm trees. Just be careful, you don't know what - or who - you might find in there.
5 - I'm outta here! Time to put your escape plan into action and hope it works. Or...just scrawl a large S.O.S. in the sand and start waving wildly.
6 - It's like rain on your wedding day. It's raining. Do you seek shelter or keep calm and carry on with whatever you were doing that isn't seeking shelter?
7 - Sleepless nights. Sleeping under the starry night sky (or under a flimsy handmade shed) might be a thing you always wanted, but you kinda wish you were closer to home and that nice wi-fi connection. It's hard to sleep to begin with, too.
8 - Wildcard! Roll for another option or write your own prompt.

I'm happy with brackets or no brackets, so choose what you like!
Getting up is a struggle. The legs don't feel like his. That's because they're not, he remembers. He's not supposed to have a body. Why does he have a body?
Doesn't matter right now. He needs to find Anders. He knows where he is without seeing him--it's like he's been hooked by a fishing line, and he's being reeled in.
The beach is white and untouched by anything other than seabirds pecking for clams under the sand. He ignores the animals and brilliant blue surf, following the tug, until he sees a familiar human sprawled in the sea foam, hair tangled with sand.
"Anders?" Justice crouches down, shaking Anders by the arm. "Anders, wake up!"
no subject
Something feels wrong. He feels like a part of himself is missing. Yet he feels like it's not gone, exactly. It feels like that missing part is still attached to him, somehow.
Anders' eyes flutter open and focus on the man before him. Even without having to be told, Anders somehow knows who this is.
"Justice?" The mage props himself up, looking up at his friend.
no subject
Whatever. What's important is that Anders is okay. And... Justice has a body?
Justice doesn't let go of Anders. It feels wrong to be separate, as unpleasant as being unable to control the body he was in was. Justice's head feels too lonely, and he's not sure if he could manage being apart more than they already are.
"How are you feeling?" On some level, Justice thinks he can sense the answer to the question, his spirit powers returning to him without a mortal mind to fuse with, but he wants to hear it. He wants to confirm that Anders is okay, because Justice feels awful right now.
no subject
Anders touches Justice's cheek, as if he's making sure the spirit is really here, and real. He's alive, certainly. Not like the rotting, cold flesh of Kristoff's corpse. He just knows that this is Justice.
The mage wraps his free arm around Justice, pressing their bodies together. He needs this closeness to Justice right now. "You're warm."
no subject
"That is good to know." From anyone else, that might sound sarcastic, but Justice is sincere. He has no idea where this body came from or how it behaves. He has no idea if it's going to last or disappear in the next ten seconds. That it feels warm is new and potentially important information. "Can you hear a heartbeat?"
A heartbeat would imply that he has blood and a need for air, which in turn implies he may have other mortal needs as well, such as food or sleep.
no subject
It's comforting, in a way. Because that means that Justice isn't about to rot away before his eyes, and touching him won't feel creepy. He can actually touch Justice now. It doesn't quite match that intimacy that came with sharing a mind, but Anders intends to make due, and make the most out of this.
Shifting back up, Anders rests his head on Justice's shoulder and touches their cheeks together, even though his face still has some wet sand on it. It's only then that the full situation strikes him. "Where are we? How did we get here?"
no subject
But Anders pulls his attention back to where it should be, which is figuring out what's happened and how to go from here. "I think we were on a ship. There were blood mages, and a fight."
Justice doesn't remember much, but maybe that's all he really needs to know for now. "We seem to be on an island. I did not see any signs of humans, elves, dwarves, or Qunari on the beach, but the island sings like lyrium. There must be deposits underground, or perhaps further inland. They would have to be sizable to hear them from here."
no subject
Anders doesn't dare let go of Justice yet. He wants to keep hold of the spirit for as long as possible, as if he can make them merge again by doing so.
"Maybe we can build a boat or something, and sail away." As if either of them know how to make a boat. "And maybe we should check out that lyrium situation while we're here."
no subject
"If there is lyrium, there may be an entrance to the Deep Roads." Which is also a last resort, considering how dangerous the Deep Roads are even if one has a map of them, let alone when one is wandering them blindly.
"We should focus on finding food and shelter first. Then perhaps think of how to escape." Although Justice doesn't move to stand up and start walking off the beach. He's too busy clinging to Anders, still trying to find his footing inside a body that's not his but no one else's either.
no subject
"Let's hope this island actually has anything edible on it." Anders doesn't let up the embrace right away. To let go of Justice would be to admit that they're in separate bodies again. But he forces himself to release his friend and stand up. He's a little shaky on his feet, since he hasn't moved in a while.
"Maybe there's some branches or something we can use to build a shelter."
no subject
"I saw signs of clams on the beach," Justice says. "And it seems to be green inland. Perhaps we will find something else as well."
Justice doesn't really like the Deep Roads any more than Anders, and he hopes that someone will come to find them, but their first priority should be food and shelter. Maybe they will find a cave so that they will not have to worry about building their own shelter, but they will find a way to survive. They have each other, after all.
no subject
Still holding onto Justice, Anders guides the two of them towards the jungle. So far he doesn't hear anything other than bugs, and the occasional bird. Justice is a comforting presence out here, and Anders is glad they're at least still together. Even if they aren't together.
Thankfully, it isn't long before they find a cave they can roost in. "Thank the Maker."
no subject
"We should check it for spiders," Justice says, "but this will make for suitable shelter."
Justice would be more worried about spiders if they were two warriors, but they have magic on their side. Spiders never really held up well against being roasted alive.
no subject
The mage summons a little wisp of light to illuminate the cave. So far, so good. Spiders are better than Blighted darkspawn.
Anders spots a small web. That means there is at least one spider in here. That it's just a single web and not a bunch of them suggests that there's likely only one or two spiders in here, and not a whole family or colony.
no subject
He nods when he sees the webs. Enough to keep an eye on, but not so much that they have reason to think they can't take on what's inside. Experimentally, he reaches out with his power, checking to see if he can still sense imprints left on his surroundings.
Anders' skin and coat sing the loudest, but the rocks remember the pitter patter of large, hairy feet.
"I think they are deeper inside the cave," Justice says. "And there may be deepstalkers. Be on your guard."
no subject
Still keeping his tight grip on Justice's hand, Anders guides them further down, raising his hand in preparation to cast spells. He can hear something skittering down there. As it gets darker, Anders summons a little wisp of light, to illuminate their path.
The deeper they go, the more he tells himself that he may need to let go of Justice, so they can both fight.
