The light stuff;
1. Tie me up; A little loss of control is nice sometimes, isn't it? One of you is bound, be it with handcuffs or something more extensive, at your partner's mercy.
2. Who's your fantasy; You're not who you usually are tonight. Costume or full on role-play, the two of you are looking to spice things up by playing out a fantasy.
3. Play with your food; Foodplay. Maybe you're covered in whipped cream, maybe you're eating sushi off of your partner's abs. In any case, there's some edible assistance involved.

16. You've been bad; Someone's crossed you, and you're going to make them pay -- in bed. Roleplay or not, this is angry sex with an element of punishment. Make sure they remember what happens when they piss you off.
17. Hurts so good; You can't help it if you want to see them in pain. Maybe they're as into it as you are, and maybe they aren't, but either way you're going to be rough. This could be anything from spanking to bloodplay.

In either case, she'd be seeking a situation where she can let go and not have to be in control of everything all the time. Roleplay sounds like fun&mdashdid you have a particular scene in mind? Some sort of workplace fantasy might be interesting if that's what Nanao's trying to work off...or it might be too close to the bone, idk. Irene's fairly experienced with most typical roleplay scenarios and quite a few less common ones and she's really into exploring power dynamics within that so there's uh A WEALTH OF OPPORTUNITY C:

I don't particularly have a scene in mind, anything with a significant power imbalance would be preferable. A workplace fantasy that's too close to a corporate setting would probably just set her teeth on edge, but something a little farther away (a maid situation or so on) would probably be fine. Nanao would probably have let Irene come up with the ideas for the roleplay aspect, since she's not very experienced. She has had boyfriends before and had them tie her up, but none of them were really good at it, or had any real experience.
She'd be fine with moderate pain, but probably not things that'll draw blood. Her boss is rather observant, and she'd rather not have awkward things to explain to him. However, it's more the mental D/s that'll be likely to get her turned on. So I'd say a combination of both would be good?]

Clearly, business was good. Still, from what discreet research Nanao had done, Irene was one of the best around, and at these prices, she undoubtedly did more than well. It had been a notable expense, but still quite feasible for Nanao; she lived modestly and despite his foibles, Shunsui paid her ridiculously well. Compensation for the many and varied frustrations of the job, which ranged from being Mr. Kyouraku's handler (babysitter, PR specialist, assistant, and a half dozen other roles) to basically running Seireitei Industries' day-to-day operations. The ideas and genius were his, no doubt of that, but the execution nearly all fell to her.
Which was why she was wearing modest black business pumps over skin-tone pantyhose, and a demure knee-length black skirt with a white blouse. The instructions Miss Adler had given her specified that much; she had taken the liberty of wearing lingerie underneath, a lacy pink silk bra and panties. Not that you could see either underneath the blouse.
She found herself blushing faintly, partly with embarrassment and partly with excitement as she rang the doorbell.]

[She blushes slightly at the appreciative look Irene gives her. There's something--almost brazen about it that makes her a bit embarrassed, as if she's naked in front of the other woman. Though it's mixed in with a little thrill of excitement as well, a slight prickle of warmth in her groin.
She steps inside at Irene's gesture, taking in the expensive furniture and decorations. Wealth is something she's around on a regular basis, but the effect here is quite good--subtly intimidating without being gaudy.]

It's not trust, though she does believe that Nanao is clever enough to avoid making this any more complex than it needs to be by refusing to pay—she's threatened clients with legal action for not paying before. It's more or less blackmail except entirely above-board. Lots of fun. This isn't an attempt to lure Nanao into that particular trap; she just wants to make this as easy as possible for her, make her feel like she's found something here she can't have elsewhere. She does it for clients she takes because of their prestige, hoping to sweeten them up.]
