Grooming is an important part of many species' rituals. It keeps them clean, healthy, and content. And a good bath? It can change the whole tone of a day from terrible to relaxed and blissful. But nudity is sometimes viewed as a weakness - and it is almost always sexualized - so bathing is often kept a private matter. If you do share these moments with someone, they're almost always a significant other or a sexual partner. Like you're doing now. Whether it be after a battle or after sex (or before sex, even), the two of you are going to get clean. Be sure to help each other out with that, won't you? After all, there are places on the back that just can't be reached... HOW TO PLAY: Comment with your character, your prefs, etc. If there are other grooming-related practices or kinks you'd like to include, like shaving, hair washing, mention them! Reply to others!

( For the canon blind, all that's really important is - tiny person, not a human, sweet as sugar...but possibly a little disconcerting given how "not from the realm of mortals" her vibes are. Actually, she's a demon lady from a matriarchal culture. More info can be found here. They'd been through an awful lot of tunnelways by this point, and Edmund's curiosity was growing impatient for a payoff. Ienzo had been rather coy but had promised some wonder of engineering and hydraulic innovation that would make their long trek into the underbelly of Hollow Bastion worth the walk. He'd tried to imagine what it could be, and visions of some underworld like Bism kept filling his head, except with water rather than glowing lava. Whatever it was, it had to be something exciting enough to keep Ienzo on his toes getting there, which in turn made Edmund brisk in keeping up with him too.

"Shouldn't Lexaeus be informed we're going down here?' he teased. "Just in case we never come back? What if all your fancy new infrastructure collapses around us, and we're never found for thousands of years? Radiant Gardens, the new Pompeii..."

He brushed up against Ienzo's shoulders, nudging with teasing camaraderie. It felt good to be back, as it always did. He'd waited quite a while for their next visit, when first he was busy with highway renovations back in Narnia, and then Ienzo was busy with something-or-other which he'd hinted at in his last letters. But all felt right with the world when he was back with the friend who knew him best out of any living person in any realm now.
