You go on adventures, you battle, you get into battles fights, honestly, because of your mouth, don't take care of yourself, or you just invite stress wherever you go even if you're completely innocent. Can you go a week without getting your peace, or whatever's left of it, disturbed? Probably not. There's always one place away from that black cloud, though: by the side of your crush, your significant other, your lover, or your plain special person. It's no safe house that they're perpetually in, exactly. It's...them. Just them being themselves. They're always there to support you in any form you need, with or without providing your needed douse of reality. If they have to, they'll clean you up, bandage you if you're bleeding out, feed you, cuddle with you, or give you the respect and distance your bruised ego requires. In the end, they're always the one you need. Admit it. No? Okay, they'll still be the shoulder you can always rest on. Even the most hardened of badasses (which you don't have to be) could use that once in a while. Don't worry if you don't deserve them - you probably don't, but who deserves anything?
