THE YEAR IS 2056 after devastating events, a number of people have relocated to a small island off the coast of what was the western continental United States known as "Sanitarium Island". There, they live their lives ruled by GENECO - the biotech giant who saved their lives during the outbreak of Neuro-Overload-Syndrome or "NOS" that struck and killed half the planet due to over exposure to electronic stimuli.
This epidemic caused the failure of internal and external organs! GeneCo saved them, and in the process created a new niche market - surgery as a fashion statement. Under the guardianship of Rotti Largo, GeneCo's president and CEO, the island has become overrun with individuals addicted to surgery and zydrate - a pain killer that has taken the world by storm.
There is a price however. GeneCo's payment plans are so expensive, that while their organs cheat death if you fail to make your payments on time they will do what any self respecting company would do. Send out a Repo man to take your property. Set against a backdrop of Opera, Gore, and Gothic behavior - Sanitarium Island is the place to be while the world falls into Chaos. Will you find your cure?

1. ZYDRATE ANONYMOUS Sure maybe it started out small or slow. You needed that heart otherwise you would have died. But then - you needed those eyes too. And that new leopard print skin and soon it became all about getting that next hit of "The Glow", a popular street drug known to doctors as "Zydrate". It's addictive, all consuming, but it takes you there - back to a better place where you're not roaming the streets dodging the repo men..
2. GRAAAAVES The quickest way to make some easy money is to jump into grave yards. With a little luck and skill you can extract some zydrate which you can sell on the black market. It makes you a favorite with the locals (and shut-in teenage girls) Just make sure you don't get caught by the GeneCops, or the Repo men..
3. LEGAL ASSASSIN You broke a law, did something wrong, pissed someone off or maybe you like killing people. Whatever the reason you roam the streets, as a RepoMan you're the subject of urban legend. Because honestly, what government would allow a corporation to police anyone with black-clad assassins who will kill you, leave your body on the side walk, and take back your essential organs?
4. BRAVI! BRAVI! You got lucky dude. You're working for GeneCo. and while you may be working for Mr. Largo, or Ms. Largo, or "The Pavi," From Gentern to GeneCop you've got job security ... of a sort. Then again, there's no way you won't eventually degenerate into one of the first three options.
5. WE'VE GOT OPERA TICKETS You work for GeneCo's Genetic Opera as a star, a singer, but then again that's like working for GeneCo in and of itself. You know, you're not even a fan of opera? Too bad you're singing it like this.
OBLIGATORY FREE ROLE: The Great thing about this universe is just how much of a spread there is between all five of these options. Pick one, write your own story if you roll a six. We're not picky by a long shot.
1. WAS I OUTSIDE? You went outside. (Never go outside) and you've gotten yourself into some sort of trouble with GeneCops, another scalpel slut, or maybe you ended up attracting the ire of the RepoMan assigned to your local block. Do you run, are they coming after you? Or are you safe for now?
2. I AM ONLY LIVING OUT A LIE Lol, you had an angsting moment (never have an angsting moment) confessing a deep dark secret and suddenly someone knows your secret. either you're a repo man or you're just generally awful or you've been wearing ladies undergarments (hey, we won't judge.) How will you react?
3. YOU'RE A TOUGH ONE TO FIND Someone has been looking for you (Didn't we tell you not to go out?) From the Repo!man to Geneco's CEO you're a hard one to find but at last they have you. What will they do with you now?
4. COME UP AND TRY MY NEW PARTS ...Obligatory smut option.
5. GENTERNS! GENTERNS! You've decided on it. Your first elective surgery! Will you stick to it or will your friends and family talk you out of it? Is it your first elective surgery? What's going on here?
6. KEEN INCISIONS Say that you once brought a heart or new corneas, but somehow never managed to square away your debts? He won't bother to write or to phone you. He'll just rip the still beating heart from your CHEST! - you. versus the Repo man.
7. AT THE OPERA TONIGHT You're going to the opera. What's showing? Why? Or are you the main act?
