Despite the efforts of generations of starstruck poets to the contrary, the sublime beauty of nature needs no description. It has the ability to take your breath away, humble you with one panoramic scene. You're getting just a taste of that power today - though the fact that you're not alone in the face of Mother Earth and that you and your partner are getting...well, let's say "back to nature" probably helps overwhelm all your senses. No one but the heavens above can see you, whether you make love in the heart of the forest or fuck out torrid emotions on the side of the harshest mountain. There's nothing more primal than this. Some ideas, if we may: This secret little natural nook is the only place you can get away from prying eyes. The quest calls, yet so does your passion. You and your companion must make due as your travel through perilous terrain. Backwoods have long been accepted as makeout central for teens and all in-betweens. You have no home. You need none, as long as you have your lover's arms and the night wrapped around you. Gardens have high walls, your heart even higher ones. They've managed to scale both. Your love for them deserves to be consummated in the most beautiful place on earth. A day's work won't be ruined if you put aside your tools and relieve other tension. Oops, you've found yourself in a rainstorm and a glen or a cave is your only shelter. Better use that body heat to warm each other, too. Forbidden lovers cannot risk discovery. The wily, windy moors tell no tales. Speaking of the moors - you're eloping or something equally gothic and Romantic. Why wait until you reach the next sign of civilization? There's a magic, pure or dark or something all mixed, in these trees. They're old, very old, and they tell the tales of fairies, nymphs, elves, and werewolves. Will you hope to ensnare such a creature? Alternatively, the craggy hills and mountains tell of orcs, goblins, dwarves, and vampires. Perhaps one will lure you into their cave. The roof top garden was one that Maggie had found... actually Peter didn't know how she found it and he probably didn't want to know, just in case. But it clearly belonged to someone ridiculously rich that didn't actually spend that much time in the city. So far no one had ever said anything to them whenever they hung out up there.

It was a nice bit of greenery in the city and it felt like a secret only they knew about. Probably because no one else could either reach it or was ridiculous enough to try and get there without a key or permission. So it was kind of their thing, which was super cool.

Peter checked his phone and figured Maggie would be along any minute so he turned his attention back to his physics book to try and highlight a few last minute notes. He knew there was no way he was going to get any studying done when Maggie got there. That was okay though, he wasn't hanging out with her to be study buddies.

He had been traveling alone on horse when the pack struck. They attacked the temporary camp he made when he had been asleep and only the frightened sound of his horse (that promptly broke free and ran away) saved him from being mauled to death by them. He fought with sword and managed to injury and kill some but they still come at him. A large pack it seems and they are on the hunt for meat.

Back against a huge tree he tore one of the sleeves into strips. The left side of his traveling clothes had been ruined by a swiping claw and blood runs freely from the wound that exposed some of his ribs and continuing to the top of hips. Not enough to kill an elf but the main concern is the bite wound on his right shoulder. A particularly large werewolf had sunk its teeth there and it would need to be drained soon. Elves cannot be turned into werewolf but the poison could make them really sick.

The pack is still searching and they would find him soon, the smell of blood is overwhelming even to his senses. The human disguise had fell, his magic turned inward trying to contain the poison. The pack had became even more feral after they found out that he is an elf. Elves are their enemies and there's no love lost between their people. Not many Sindar elves could be found in this part of world, most had departed to Aman. Except for the Sindarin Princes of the Silvan elves, which according to their knowledge consist of the king and his only heir. It would be a major victory for the dark if one of them had been killed.

[ ...obviously, I'm all about this. My favorite manifestations are stolen moments on journeys, clandestine meetings between lovers, and anything in glades, caves, and enchanted gardens. Bonus points for using the foliage and terrain as an advantage: lying in canopies of limbs, nestling up in rocks, snuggling up on beds of moss, you name it, it's A+. Also, emotions bubbling to a head and characters just not being able to contain themselves any longer - the more desperate and passionate the better - are my turbo kryptonite.

- F/M preference, *F/F is good shit if it involves other fairy tale/fantasy women doin' it for themselves. Cinderella/Snow? Beauty/Snow? Little Mermaid/Snow? Fuck yeah, let's do it.
- Crossovers make me ugly cry because I love them so much. Special favorites would be Thor from...you know and any of the dwarves from The Hobbit, as she is from a canon that has dwarves who are very different. Game of Thrones characters also hold a place in my heart; the idea of Dany/Snow, Sansa/Snow, or Robb/Snow just got me nearly keysmashing. Maybe a Khal Drogo for some "proper royalty meets wild and untamed" scenarios. Really, getting down to the nitty-gritty truth, please send all the fantasy folk my way - double points if they come from equally cheesy but loveable popcorn fantasy flicks as SWatH (King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, Jack the Giant Killer, et al. or their close cousins in the swords-and-sandals genre like Immortals, Pompeii, etc.).
- Basically, if your character is halfway decent and not out there punting puppies into baby carriages and then pushing the carriages off cliffs, Snow will probably have chemistry with them.
