There is a war brewing, somehow, somewhere, and the peace of your homelands is at stake. You are the only one who can set things right and go on a quest to save everyone.

Still, what is an adventure without an adventure of the heart? You are not alone, and you'll find that trying times can forge ironclad emotions. Of course, you'll find that the path of love is no easier here than anywhere else, be the person you admire an arranged fiancé you're not too fond of at first, a forbidden object of desire, a traveling companion, an enemy, a lifelong friend, an ally...or another species from you entirely. Yet, in any case, this is no time for romance, is it? Only moments can be stolen, and you must set aside your feelings for the greater good.

In this time, in this place, will you get your happy ending, or will this story prove to be a much darker fantasy?

[ By birth, she's as common as peasantry gets. A perfect, admittedly novel, role for her would be something like an inventor-at-large who travels from village to village helping those she can and selling just enough of her creations to get by. All potential love interests are welcome.

I love assumed CR, crossovers (♥ ♥ ♥), convoluted scenarios, combustive attraction, bickering, first time, arranged marriage AUs, culture differences, ingenue/gruff, worldly man, inhuman characters, Beauty and the Beast dynamics because duh, magic, passionate reunions, redoing first times that didn't go so well. sneaky trysts, risk of discovery, emotions spilling out in private, and much, much more.

Ridiculously into Tolkienverse (dwarves yes pls), ASOIAF/GOT, HP (my kingdom for a Newt Scamander or Lupin), and MCU right now and equally into AUing Belle to fit in any of them, but check out my slightly embarrassing dream list of shit I'd like to play. ]
