  The Abrupt Kissing Meme

 

 

Plain and simple: your character is being kissed. Abruptly. How did this happen? Were they talking too much to the point where it was the only way to shut them up? Was someone bidding adieu or just not able to hold in their feelings? Or was this some CPR class gone bad? More importantly—how do they react?

How this works:
→ Leave a comment with the usual information in the subject line: character name, fandom. Any preferences, including what you don't want, should be included as well. Congratulations, your character is being kissed by whoever tags them!
→ Tag around.
→ Feel free to roll RNG (1-9) if you cannot come up with scenarios of your own.

Soren realizes she's crossed a line she shouldn't have. They were friends. Good friends and she's gone and kissed Aamir at a black tie event she invited him to as her 'date'. A boring organization event, in her opinion, but being from one of the founding families, she was required to go. Honestly wishing she could worm her way out of going somehow, she'd rather be gaming at home or playing with Aamir's corgis that he brought with him on his trip.

Lucian was already there when they arrived, having greeted Aamir with his charming smile when he introduced himself, telling him how much he's heard about him from Soren. Es greeted him as well when she saw their little group, not staying too long before she was called off by her superior to talk to an important client. They stood there for a some time, all smiles and laughter before Soren was called away by her brother. Something about taking a photo with a CEO that their father wanted to make a impression on. Having excused herself, she told the Lucian to behave while she was gone and of course, he smirks at that.

He wanted to know more about dear Aamir, he's never met a vampire like him before, usually the one's they've worked for or with thought themselves hot shit and better than everyone else. It was irritating. Aamir, on the other hand, wasn't like that and could easily see why Soren thought so highly of him. While they talked, be it Lucian's flower shop or Aamir's adorable sounding corgis, Lucian kept his attention on Soren from across the way, keeping an eye out for if he needed to play rescuer. She didn't enjoy lingering by her parents especially on business like this, but she never gave the little hand signal they had made for such instances and before long she excused herself from that group and returned to theirs.

Lucian in turn finally excused himself, taking Aamir's hand in his own before he kissed it and said his goodbyes for the time being. There was someone he wanted to meet and he's just spotted them alone by the bar, taking the opportunity for Soren to have her friend back.

And that's how she had this horribly planned idea. She grabbed Aamir's hand, dragging him off to a deserted balcony up on the second floor, away from curious eyes. The night air was comfortable and there were a few stars dancing around the night sky beside the crescent moon. Why she decided to do this here of all places and not back at her apartment was mystery even to her. If someone had seen the Armani's only daughter kissing a vampire, there would be nothing but talk and rumors for months. Her parents would have a fit over it, any threat to their pure blood line would be met with a lecture of some sort or a threat.

But none of that mattered as she got close to Aamir, reaching out to cup his cheek and bringing him in close for a kiss. She'd been curious about kissing him since she met him in person and she wanted to take the chance before someone else did.
