Scrub-a-dub-dub, this meme is ridiculous. No, really. This is a meme about taking a bath. Silly.

- Characters bathe. Or other things involving a bath. Whatever, dudes. Anything goes!

1. Bubble Bath: Here, the characters are sharing a humongous bubble bath with all the froth they can handle. The scent is delicious, the water is warm; go on, enjoy yourselves!
2. Shower: Perhaps not as fun as a bubble bath, but hey, at least it's built to accommodate two. Don't slip!
3. Hot Tub: A whirlpool of warmth and—mm. Don't mind me. I'll just be sinking in.
4. Hot Springs: An outdoors bath is good, too, right? Or maybe this is part of a hotel. Either way, it sure is steamy.
5. Decadent Bath: There could be bubbles here, or maybe just those wonderful smelling oils and salts. Awwww, yeah. This bath probably cost a small fortune, so you should enjoy it while it lasts.
6. Lake: In case the hot springs weren't rugged enough for you, here's an actual lake, complete with waterfall for all your rinsing pleasures.
7. Other: Bathe in a shoebox for all I care!

Not many visitors visited the lake that Kielo called home. Sure, there have been campers around the east side or the occasional hiker that roamed the forest to get to northwest side where the waterfall was. It was far easier to lure those that were alone versus those in a group, easier still when they bring a boat to visit the island where he lives. No one suspects a vine covered cottage surrounded by trees to be on such a small piece of sizable land.

Being such a pleasant day, Kielo decided to go about his rounds; checking his vegetable garden, do some cleaning, check his fish traps until he decided to make the trip to the waterfall pool to check the plants around the area.

Due to his ability to change forms, he usually opts for taking the appearance of a horse when leaving his island home but this time he doesn't. He takes his small canoe this time around instead, bringing a backpack and a small modified fish basket for whatever he finds along the way. It wasn't until he reached the shore of the forest that he stashes his boat at a little post he made.

It was nice walking in the forest in his human form, he could touch anything and everything that he couldn't as a horse or a stag. The trek to the waterfall was only a few miles if not a little more than that but the day was still young as he stopped occasionally to pick at flowers or herbs he could use, even stopping to pick up animal bones he finds to add to the jar he just started. Bone collecting wasn't something he was really into until he watched humans pick them up, overhearing that it would be an excellent piece for their collection. Odd things humans were.

It wasn't until the sound of rushing water grew closer that he slowed his steps, climbing the moss slippery rocks until he reached the pool.

The Moors came alive at night.

Maleficent told Vlad once, the starlight lived in the very trees here. It was too simple a descriptor. Everything glowed -- flower petals, hanging vines, dewdrops on moss, beneath a heavy glimmering canopy -- alight with magic of their own, in countless hues of purple, blue, and silver. It was no small wonder the humans so coveted the Moors; one glimpse of the nighttime horizon was enough to inspire wonder. And, perhaps, a bit of greed.

Even the waters held their secrets here. Maleficent frequented the springs near the base of the mountain; it was a short flight from the now-fallen wall, and well-worth the journey. The heat felt divine, seeped through and down even on the coldest nights, a welcome ease for the aching muscles that were still readjusting to the weight of her wings. Wings -- heavy and reticent to dip into the water -- that were folded tight against her back, loathe though she was to bind them after their long confinement.

But perched at the edge of the spring as she was, she looked almost pleased. A faint smile upon her lips, body bare but for the gauzy robe pooling in her lap, feet swaying gently in the water. Her hair hung unbound over one shoulder, a dark curtain she slowly combed through with wet fingers. The spring water shimmered azure with each pass of her hand, pinpricks of light that clung to her hair for a scant few moments before fading away. Warmth and simple beauty. Coupled with the soft nightsong -- the quiet cooing of bird and bat, of cricket and frog -- it was nearly idyllic.

Nearly. Vlad had his own matters to attend, and Maleficent never begrudged him his absence. She might worry, were she not intimately familiar with his capability. He would return to her, safe and whole, when his business was concluded. It was simply a matter of waiting until then.

Perhaps not simple on nights like this, when she longed so terribly for his smile and laughter to compliment the scenery. But waiting nevertheless.

[ it's not the first time they've taken a bath together. and, if conor can help it, it's not going to be their last either. there's something really comforting about sitting in the warm water, piled high with bubbles. not to mention simon sharing it with him.

the bath is ridiculous tbh. at least 2 more people could fit in here with them. honestly, it's probably as big as the whole bathroom in his apartment. but, u kno. whatever. this kind of luxury is really nice.

conor has his head tipped back to rest against the side, with his eyes closed. if left unchecked, he could probably fall asleep like this. which, is why he forces his eyes back open and glances over at simon. ]

[ Slender fingers carefully ease the strap off her ankle, the other soon following as both stilettos tumble to the floor and Pepper can finally give her feet a bit of relief. She had wasted no time since getting home, the tub being filled up with hot bubbly water, while she slid out of her clothing as her body ached for release.

A small trail of clothing was left leading from the bedroom and toward the bathroom door, perhaps on purpose to let Tony know she was home. Hair remaining up in a loose ponytail, she moved over to the bathtub and shut the water off. Before dipping a finger into the water to test the temperature.

She could already feel herself begin to relax, before stepping carefully in and taking a seat while her body slid down slightly leaving only her head above water as she closed her eyes and let Calgon take her away. ]
