It's the month of Halloween, kiddies! You know what THAT means. Time for everything great about the best season of the year! It's goth Christmas, so let's celebrate it right!

LOCATIONS

1. STAYING IN You like to stay nice and comfy at home! Maybe you're watching movies, handing out candy, or baking spooky cupcakes!
2. GOING OUT You wanna trick-or-treat? Go to a party? Have fun, guys!
3. NO, WE MEAN REALLY OUT Why are you out in the woods? A graveyard? What the hell is wrong with you?
4. IN BUT OUT We thought it couldn't get any worse, but now you're in an abandoned hospital? Some real haunted-ass house? Y'all gonna die.

SCENARIOS

1. TRICK OR TREAT The purest and truest thing you can do. Whether you're a little kid going to get candy, a parent going with them, an adult celebrator or some asshole not even in a costume, have some fun.
2. COSTUME PARTY Ohhh baby. Is this a regular costume party or something fancier? Can you recognize people or is it a surprise? Is there a costume contest? Are you in the same costume as someone else? Damn.
3. HAY RIDES Ride in a wagon with your friends or family, hanging out and maybe enjoying some treats. Unless it's a scary one, then try not to punch the actors.
4. HAUNTED HOUSES So you went to the cool new haunted house in town, going of your own accord or dragged along? Dragging someone else? Remember, don't punch the actors.
5. SCARY MOVIES Maybe you're hanging out with friends. Maybe you're hanging out with family. Or your significant other. Are they scared? Are you scared? Can you get a snuggle out of it? ... Are you just watching Hocus Pocus, because we suggest Hocus Pocus. Or the Addams Family. Unless you ARE the Addams Family, then watch your home movies.
6. HANDING OUT CANDY You stayed home for a good cause! You love seeing all the costumes people roll up to your house in and you love handing them treats. Or you hate Halloween and have all your lights turned off. Don't run out of candy though.
7. BEING A LITTLE SHIT Egging, TPing, setting off car alarms, stealing candy, smashing pumpkins... What is wrong with you? Like, literally smashing pumpkins, you're not hanging out with Billy Corgan. Unless you are hanging out with Billy Corgan. IS HE TPING A HOUSE TOO?????? I knew it.
8. PUMPKIN CARVING Either you love this or think it's gross. Pulling the guts out of a pumpkin and carving it into an aesthetically pleasing design so you can stick a light in it and put it outside. Fucking rad.
9. LEAF PILES You cleaned up the yard! NOW IT'S TIME TO JUMP IN THE LEAF PILES. Or, well, we hope you cleaned the yard. It'd be a dick move to do it to someone else's hard work, but we're not the cops.
10. CORN MAZE Another option for fun scary times is a corn maze! Find your way out safely, but seriously, don't punch the actors.
11. PICKING OUT COSTUMES YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE COOLEST COSTUME AROUND. Did you find something great? Mediocre? Did someone else take the best one?
12. THE DAY AFTER Oh shit, it's discount candy day! Get all the best stuff before someone else does! Or fight for it. Whatever.
13. DECORATING You have to get your house ready for your favorite holiday! Hang those spiderwebs, fake skeletons, and cute little ghosts. Or set up your own haunted house.
14. BEING A MORON On a higher level than being a little shit, you don't believe in creppy things coming to get you. Using an oujia board, exploring abandoned, haunted places, whatever: you're asking for trouble. That said, don't punch the ghosts. It won't help you.
15. BEING SPOOPY YOU'RE the spoopy one. A monster, a ghost, a witch/wizard (wow, rude), whatever. Maybe you wanna scare people. Maybe you wanna cut people's heads off because you don't have on. MAYBE you just want to be left alone, GOD.
16. SKELETON WAR ... Wait, what?

[ If Constanze had to choose between Amanda and Akko... well, it would depend on the day. Akko can be extremely annoying, but she's much more willing to help than Amanda is, and she's capable of some pretty great ideas from time to time. But right now she'd rather be spending time with Amanda.

Constanze nods as she rolls the map back up, sticking it back in her pocket as she brings her little wagon to a full halt. She digs around in the bottom of it for a moment, working around the egg-launcher, until she finally produces a compact, mechanical box -- one of her Stanbots. She quickly retrieves her wand from her robes and taps it against the Stanbot meaningfully. Amanda has surely known her for long enough to know how she assembles her magic projectile gun.

Truthfully, she doesn't think this is one of Amanda's brighter ideas either, but if it gives her an opportunity to test out some of her gun's new installments, then she has no complaints. She's a simple girl with simple needs, and most of those needs involve building or shooting stuff. ]

[ Traitor! Depending on the day. For real though, Akko was one of the most exciting people she'd ever met given all the trouble she got into.

At any rate, no one thinks this is one of Amanda's brighter ideas; it's either going to be really, really dull, or screaming terror, without much room in between. Someone needs to figure out a way to keep Amanda occupied more consistently, but for now, she's leading the way towards this mansion as Constanze breaks out the firepower. ]

You know, you should probably put an orange tip on that out in public.

[ ...on an actual weapon they would probably get in MORE trouble if someone found out that they were lying about that. ]

[ Constanze glances between the box-shaped bot in her hands and Amanda's face, looking slightly perturbed. First of all, it doesn't look like a gun at all right now. She's not going to get pulled over for carrying a slightly conspicuous metal box around.

Second of all, is Amanda underestimating her ability to assemble and dissemble her gun at near-lightning speed? She's seen her do it before. If any police did happen to pass by, Constanze would have this thing back in its least suspicious form before they could realize what was happening.

And third... Constanze digs into her pockets and pulls out her wallet. Once she has it open, she rifles through it until she pulls out a glossy card, which she holds up in front of Amanda's face: a Defensive Magic Permit. Yes, it's forged, but the authorities don't know that, and blasting away ghosts would surely count as use of defensive magic, now wouldn't it? ]

[ Amanda waves off the concern casually. Sometimes she forgets that Constanze is uh

Actually a little scary? That's not to say that Amanda's scared of her, she's tiny and it's kinda cute when she pouts, not that she'd say that out loud and offend her, but she's hyper-competent at her specialty and is totally willing to just say screw the rules. While Amanda is not under any illusion that the license is legit, she wouldn't know any better just looking at it. ]

I need to get me one of those.

[ Constanze nods soundly. Whether that's her acknowledging her own genius or letting Amanda know that yes, she can set her up with one too, she'll leave up to interpretation. She finds trying to specify only makes things complicated. She's gotten used to being vague. She's also gotten used to carrying a notepad around, just in case.

She swiftly pockets the card before grabbing hold of the wagon's handle, starting to drag it down the sidewalk again. They need to start moving now if they want to set up this egg launcher before sunset. ]

[ Probably like, both, is Amanda's best guess, so she'll leave it at that. Sure, eventually someone's gonna call her out - she's not as careful as Constanze - but she's not gonna rat her friend out either, so she'll be the only one in trouble.

Still, just dicking around like this is passing some time, but Amanda has a goal in mind now so it's time to head there. To a big old spooky house. Abandoned for decades. Barely... matches the other buildings near it. Probably should be torn down.

Really, she's more scared of the floor breaking beneath them. ]

They'd probably thank us if we knocked it down.

[ Well, the eggs shouldn't be strong enough to do that. Should she have brought a wrecking machine? Amanda needs to warn her of these things ahead of time.

Constanze is already unloading the egg launcher out of the wagon by the time Amanda speaks... or, at least, she's trying to. It's a lot heavier than it looks, but she got it in there on her own just fine, so why should she need help now?

...Well. Okay. If you count using her countless Stanbots to safety transport the egg launcher from the ground to the wagon as doing it "on her own". Which she does. ]

[ It's okay Constanze, she's not planning on actually destroying an entire building.

Tonight. ]

[ Amanda is tall and strong and a friend, put her to good use. ]

[ Constanze can't wait until the day Amanda inevitably asks her to create a machine that's capable of taking out an entire mansion. She already has the blueprints ready.

She pouts, but after trying one last time to lift the egg launcher on her own (it doesn't even budge), turns to Amanda with a resigned look on her face. She steps to the side, plenty sure that Amanda is capable of handling this without her assistance. ]

[ Constanze has already built a mecha. A little more stability, and she could probably destroy a couple mansions with that alone.

That pout could move armies. Whether it's because it's cute, or because they know Constanze well enough to know how dangerous she is when agitated is the real question. ]

Sorry Cons, sometimes brains has to step back and let brawn do its job.

[ Bending over a little, she picks it up with just a little grunt of exertion. ]

[ Constanze crosses her arms, looking suitably impressed in her own special, stone-faced way. She only gives away what she truly has to, and Amanda already knows how strong she is.

She takes a couple of steps to the left, before gesturing to a spot next to her: the optimal position for their weapon of mass egg-struction. Really, it's the most optimal, according to all the calculations she's capable of doing in her head. That isn't every possible calculation she could have conducted, not even close, but it's plenty enough to know that this spot is good. ]

[ And she also knows Constanze appreciates the help - when it comes from someone who isn't being a pain in particular. Amanda's not doing that right now.

Anyways, Amanda... Amanda's not actually bad at math, but she leaves wanting to do it to Constanze, and that includes aiming. With a little heft, she sets the device down. Why do they need a high tech replacement for a good throwing arm?

Mostly cause it's fun. ]

So this'll be good practice, at least.
